New Content, New Levels, New Mechanics!

Hello fellow pool enjoyers!

I always like to start with a big thank you to everyone who has supported the project so far. I can’t thank you enough.

I wanted to share a quick update on the game’s progress, and I’m happy to report that several big hurdles have been cleared and new features added. The next level in the game is now complete and introduces new mechanics. In earlier levels, players could pick up and throw objects, but this was mostly something to do for fun within the pools. In this newest level, that mechanic now plays a key role in progression.

I’ll stay vague to avoid spoilers, but let’s just say that in this level, you’ve lost some memories within the dream, and you’ll need to find them to move forward. Recovering these memories and placing them where they belong will allow you to progress to the next zone.

I’ve also been working on a new UI design for both the main menu and pause menu, along with a handful of bug fixes, new effects, voice-over dialogue, and other interactive elements.

Moving forward, the game will be finding its new home on Steam. If you or anyone you know does commission work for capsule design or artwork, please send them my way. I’ll be updating the demo here on Itch.io with the new UI changes and a few small bug fixes found after the initial release. However, the Itch.io demo is now considered “complete” in its current form. I’ll post the Steam page details here once they’re ready.
