About Official Goods

• Only goods purchased through the official shop or authorized distributors are purchased through the official shop or authorized distributors. (so uhh, none at the moment, probably not in the near future too)
• Worldwide shipping is NOT available. (see above)
• Those who choose official goods are cool, if i ever release any merch. Same goes for unofficial - the ones who truly support the work and protect the pride of the brand are The People!

About Bootlegs (Counterfeits)

• Non-official goods sold on sites like AliExpress are bootlegs, I think?
• Items such as badges or T-shirts that use official artwork without permission are perfectly fine so long as you're not a massive company pumping those out purely for profit (contact me, we'll sort things out 😘). Indies and private persons are perfectly fine!!!
• “I’m poor, so I had no choice” IS an excuse. Once you purchase or share any MALK merch (yes, even bootlegs!), please tag me under so i can fully appreciate it and explode from joy! And if you're at a convention and you happen to meet me, I'll give you a big hug! (Offer available only to consenting adults)
  
  
• Selling handmade unofficial merch is perfectly fine long so you respect the rules above and below. Contact me first though, I respond usually!!! (and send me a sample if you're a big comany ;) )

About Fan-made Works

• Fan-made creations filled with love and originality (e.g., handmade dolls or clay figures) are more than welcome!
• Reproducing official artwork directly into goods for sale, uhh... Hey didn't I talk about this already?
• GenAI content is bad and stupid and you probably shouldn't be doing that. I'm not gonna block you, but you'll be judged silently (twitter bots posting in-character are okay, long so they're moderated by at least one Human).

About Sharing and Reposting Artwork/Images

• Absolutely NO GenAI content. I won't block you, but I'll judge you silently.
• Unauthorized reposting of artwork/images is COOL.  As long as uh, you're respectful towards people and my IPs, that is.
• Meaningless, repeated reposting is Funny and Awesome, keep it up King / Queen / Figure of Power!!!!!! (///s)
• I want my work to be seen by users who wanna see it! Those who don't are cool too, just don't push it down people's throats 'mmkay?

Requests on Social Media

• Do tag me in photos of bootlegs, fan art, fangames and anything of the likes. This will result in immediate appreciation, most likely a retweet too!
• Photos and collections of official goods are always welcome and appreciated. Unofficial too, did I mention that I have dementia?

Use of Official Art (Icons / Headers)

• Absolutely NO GenAI content. I won't block you, but I'll judge you silently.
• Using official art as profile icons or headers is Recommended long so you're Respectful! Go ahead King / Queen / Figure of Power, go make that Neon Demon Dungeon RP Account, SOL-87,121 News Panel Bot, or roleplay as Maya Hitorakana or Marlok the Wizard!!
• Therefore, unauthorized use will generally result in bringing a tear of joy to my eye.
• If you absolutely want to use it while disobeying these rules, you must follow these conditions:

About the Community
