After 6 years of writing and over 200k words total (!?), I'm happy to announce that my latest project, a Ren'py visual novel called "Elysian: Mirror of Epiphany" is officially in the beta testing stage!

Elysian tells the story of a troubled young girl thrown into an idyllic fantasy world to face the trials of growing up and finding love - of course, if you're familiar with my other games, you're probably already thinking that there's more to it. (Spoiler alert: there is). A psychological coming of age story with the traditional trappings of an otome game, Elysian will boast an average of 100k words per playthrough and 12 route/ending variants. It will also feature an all-original soundtrack and artwork from the same talented artists who worked on Turovero: The Celestial Tower!

What IS complete:

• Game story / script and basic level spellchecking
• Soundtrack and most sound effects
• GUI
• Framework for extras such as a music room and image gallery

What still needs to be done:

• All art assets - because of how on and off writing / development was, I decided to leave this for last in order to hold myself accountable to finishing the damn thing, lol.
• Editing the script for continuity, trimming of superfluous lines, grammar mistakes not caught by spellcheck, etc.
• Code tweaks and bug identification / correction
• Non-essential bells and whistles, such as easter eggs

The game and original soundtrack will be available for a price of $10 and $4 respectively, hopefully by Q1 2026. Stay tuned for a proper game page and more details once key visuals are complete!
