The GENDER CONSTELLATION BUNDLE 2024 is the second bundle run by GAME DEV GALAXY, a Discord server for game developers who are gender-/sex-marginalized — people who encounter institutional sexism in the games industry and elsewhere. Our community is full of people doing incredible things, and we want to uplift their work and give them a chance to shine! All funds are split evenly between members who have opted into revshare, so your money goes directly to supporting marginalized developers, which helps them keep making weird and wonderful art.

The bundle features 18 developers with a total of 34 projects, all of which you can get for just $10!

Game Dev Galaxy is an online space where gender-/sex-marginalized game developers can talk about their work, get advice, share resources and job posts, and build community. We welcome and support trans women, cis women, trans men, nonbinary people, intersex people, and certain groups of cis men, regardless of body type, ethnicity, race, disability, plurality, or LGBTQIA2S+ status. (Please check out our website for more information.) Our members range from indie devs to AAA devs, tool makers to marketers, and more. As long as you’re doing something creative related to games, and are gender-/sex-marginalized, you’re welcome to be part of our space!

Who made the promotional art?

The art was a joint effort by multiple people! It includes work and feedback from: steemie, Cy McQuinn, Aster F, keroblin, bloodmachine,  MadameEtrange, and anonymous contributors.

Who organized this?

A mix of people! As server staff, we wanted this to be a community effort to uplift each other’s work and make something for the good of everyone. Members who have volunteered on the bundle include: BáiYù (he/they), Laz, Laura Romano, Jannik Boysen, Cailín Grace Brown, and SuperBiasedGary, as well as all members who worked on the art. The server moderation team, Cy McQuinn, FUTURE RUINS, bloodmachine, Spookybot, and ellisdex, have also been working on the bundle.

Can I stream these games?

Yes! All of our participants have given permission for their games to be streamed or recorded. Please let us know through our socials if you do — we’d love to watch!
