Hello! 

We're putting this bundle together for Sin - a.k.a Diwata Ng Manila- a creator from the Philippines. They have an up and coming Visa appointment for attending Big Bad Con 2024. Anyone in the ttrpgs space will understand how important this convention is, especially for a POC and queer creator like themselves. Securing a successful Visa to the US will also make seeking travel to Canada VERY easy. 

However, a huge part of Visa requirements specific to anyone from the Global South is having a sizeable amount for show money. Unfortunately, doing a fundraiser in an official capacity is off the table: Embassy folks scrutinize the social media accounts and movements of any candidates, and have been known to flag fundraisers as "faking" their ability to travel to America. 

A game bundle, we feel, would be a great way of circumventing this a little bit.

Our soft goal is $2500-3000 USD. Additionally, if the Visa appointment is successful, this show money can become their nest egg for migration, and for defraying any costs involved in Pam Punzalan - their partner - petitioning them as a spouse. In the interim, it will also assist Sin with the cost of living in Manila, where inflation and government instability is making it next to impossible for freelancers to survive.
