Me encanta!

(+1)

The puzzle piece flew away but it is a good game

(+1)

This was honestly really fun! I got stuck in a couple of places and looked up a walkthrough but it only happened like 4 times. It felt great when stuff suddenly made sense, very satisfying :) also everything looked amazing!

I especially loved when things made me go back and look at an old puzzle from a different perspective.

(+1)

I didn't want it to finish!!

Happy and sad at the same time.

GOOD JOB!

(+2)

hey color bomb, did you allow crazy games to put your game on their website?https://www.crazygames.com/game/trace

(+1)

yes! :) they were very kind, and reached out to me.

(+2)

ok just checking, I have seen sooooo many games from other websites and other creators on there and just wanted to make sure that crazy games were not just freeloading off of your game

Haha, no worries :) I appreciate it!

Yes, my games are often uploaded without consent to other websites. I'm OK with hosting the game on other websites, but I need them to ask my permission first!

(+2)

I loved this game; clever and satisfying puzzles and aesthetically pleasing. Congrats!

(+1)

this was so good!! took an hour 20, and I only really got stuck in a few places. i really like the ceiling heart puzzle and the design of the figurines. really dug the fire+teeth one

(+1)

great game, I loved the mathemagical puzzle!

Is this 64 bit software?

The game does not work for me with Firefox 106.0.

(+1)

loved it, very fun puzzles, had a nice myst speed to it. i solved the tower/planetarium puzzle only using the launch date, not sure if that was intentional or not.

(1 edit) (+1)

LOVE THIS!! Your best game yet.
Small bugs where I had entered a code in a previous save, and had to enter it again when revisited the game. Also would be nice to choose the save points.
It took me a while to realise the chisel wasn't actually a chisel but a screwdriver, and I struggled to read the text in the books to determine the planet order, even zooming in it the text was quite feint.  But some really amazing puzzles, well done!!!

Oh yeah.... escaping out of what was presumably the toilet? Questionable... but still an awesome game.

the books weren't necessary to read, they had arrows to the next planet at the top of each page

(+1)

Is that what those big red arrows at the top of the books were for?? lmao
To me they were necessary, because the 3rd planet in each book wasn't coloured, and the colour picture clues at the bottom of each page just weren't clear enough tbh...  I would have classed the 3rd planet as white, not grey.  And the 'green' planet wasn't actually just green, was it?

(+1)

Interesting
(+1)

Simply brutal. It had been a long time since she had enjoyed a good escape game. I have needed to pull "help" on a couple of occasions that has been complicated but I have enjoyed it a lot. Congratulations!!!

(+1)

I just finished the game. You continually make me FERAL with what you make. Good job

i can't get the star in the tube out, i've even wachted the walktrough at that moment it just doesn't work

(+1)(-1)

the walk-through you watched probably featured an old bug.

spoilers below:

you need to use the magnet

what magnet???

(+1)

hmm....

check the monkey on the computer

(+1)

thank you for helping me

(+1)

thank you very much! i will try!!

Is there a bug with the stars——I can already solve the starbattle after collecting 7 of them, while the last star remains in the tube.

(+1)

Awesome escape point & click game! Great puzzles that weren't too difficult but I did have to use the walkthrough to get past some parts.

The graphics, general story, overall vibe, and play time were perfect. I hate horror escape games because I'm a wuss but loved the theme of this one. Wish more escape games were like this!

thank you!!

I can't get the star out from the tube under the table

Where is the clue for the vertical sliding pieces inside the tower. This and the math puzzle are the only thing that I couldn't do on my own - FANTASTIC GAME!

(+1)

Got it - compare the positions of the sliders in the tower to what the symbol would be in the same position in the small hallway.

:)

Okay, so I got stuck in the second phase. I did everything right, including looking at the tutorial that was made available in the comments, but when I press the button to open the iron box and collect the green key, for some reason it doesn't open. I think it bugged.

Ícone "Verificada pela comunidade"

(+1)

Really fun and challenging! The graphics and theme are really nice too, the puzzles and the room all match so perfectly!!!

(+1)

Small but delicate game. Love it.

(+1)

Lovely game. Thank you.

(+1)

how do you get the star out of the tube in the second room i am so stuck?????

(+1)

you need a certain item...the stars are metal

(+3)

30 minutes; 1358 clicks
I had a bug on the math drawer so I had to replay it.
The planet puzzle was so cool, and the game overall was awesome!  There were some minor problems with knowing solutions and the game breaking a bit.  Like entering the piano code and the star beside it turns invisible.
Even with the problems I still rate this 10/10.

I also had the math drawer bug. I'm not patient enough to replay the entire game :(

(+1)

Sorry about the math puzzle bug! I have since fixed this error.

(+1)

Very good game. Got stuck on a puzzle for long while but that was due to me being dumb. Looking forward to the game you put out! Patera was the one who told me about this.

How do i get te 8th star? i don't know if its a bug or im stuck

(+1)

2 and a half hours and some 5000 click. very nice collection of puzzles. though i still don't know why i wanna escape through the toilet.

Trace Walkthrough

(-1)

hi! can u please tell me how you got the star out of the tube because i keep looking at how you did it but it won't work

(+1)(-1)

press the "climb" button and view the code on the lamp. this is the order to open the X O drawers. opening the drawers in this pattern will give you a magnet. use this magnet to retrieve the star.

Desk drawer code x. O. X. O. U and find magnet

(+1)

HI! I was looking  for the climb button but there isn't one so I can't look at the lamp meaning I can't retrieve the star?? Help please.

this walkthrough features a bug that has since been fixed.

to get the star out of the tube, use the magnet

I got stuck at the second room, and ive already done the giraffe puzzle and the painting puzzle. Where should i look next?

Edit 1: Okay, i managed to open the green door that leads outside, got the puzzle done except for the missing piece, got dracula, and got another star from the piano and the plants. Whats next?

Edit 2: Reached the tower, managed to finish the bridge puzzle, the monkey puzzle, but now i need help with the planets and what should i do next

(+2)

Im stuck at the part with the vampire and ogre statues,  8 stars, and the key. What do i do?

(+1)

do you have the panel on the barred door open yet? if so just start trying stuff out. the rules will become more evident with failed attempts

i ended up figuring it out

thanks for the hint

(+1)

could i get a hint on what to do with the fish tank? it's got me stumped

Have you found something that needs water to function already?

(+1)

There should be a toy submarine

The saving/resuming is indeed quite bugged. I did resume with a lot of my progress, but I think I'm in a different spot, lots of items are back in their place again, password needs to be re-entered, all my notes are gone, assembled items are separated again, etc ... I think I can just pick up again, but I'm not sure yet and my motivation to finish it is also killed.

Definitely something to look into, because you made such a good escape game, the bugged saving really feels like a disappointment. Feels to me that you are just saving the state of some variables and not all of them.

(+1)

i got the light bulb in the pumpkin but cant figure out the directions for the  arrows any hints?

(+1)

You have to carefully look for lines and the orientation of the colored dots. What helped me is to just trace the lines from color to color.

(+1)

much thanks i didn't think to use the ones the colors were pointing at

came across a crash when exiting the math game without completing it and going on to solve the puzzle attached to it

Same thing happened to me :(
I beat the math game and didn't think anything of it and when I exited I saw the drawer and it dawned on me what you're supposed to do.  I went back into the math game, used the notes to get the symbols and left.
When the music kept playing I was worried, especially when I went back to the computer and it was off :/
Oh well, guess I'll start from the beginning.

(+1)

I did it in one sitting in around 1:30 hours and 3000 clicks, so I didn't get any bugs by saving and loading. Just the giraffe's neck sometimes spinning in the opposite direction but then stopping at the correct angle.

Thanks for this game. It had me hooked the whole time, with the visuals, the sound, the puzzles, and simply the aesthetics of it all. Probably the best escape game I've played.

(+1)

I think I have a bug - the giraffe head bits just spin and do not stay in a locked position. I'm pretty sure they need to be in a specific pattern but I cannot get them to stop spinning!

I had this problem - if you refresh the game it seems to stop the spin. My giraffe looked like the girl from the Exorcist at one point.

(+1)

Devious, pretty, cleverly done, and after a few stumpers, overall very solvable (in 2200 clicks!) For a few, I just didn't realize I had access when I did, or how to access.

I liked the puzzles that trained up (like the stars). But oh, that screwdriver!

Very nice work. Thank you!

Really, really good. This really hits the spot visually, sound-wise and puzzle-wise. It is indeed quite tricky, for me at least, but up until now I could (almost) finish them myself, only saw the meaning of the painting on the wall of the second room below in the comments, but probably would've figured that one out at some point. I think ;-) So, even if it seems a bit too tough for me now, it does feel realistically difficult, so again, well done!

The camera and notes features are very well executed as well. One improvement would be to be able to look at your notes, while at the same time being able to see the world, so you don't have to flick back and forth.

Edit: Completely edited this message because I got a few steps further, rendering the most of this message useless ;-)

(1 edit) (+3)

I've played a lot of puzzle escape games over the past 15+ years (Kotorinosu, Kaitai Dismantlement, Rusty Lake/Cube, Scriptwelder, Myst, Skutnik's Submachine series, etc) and this game is one of the best I've ever played. I loved the creativity, the variety, and the cleverness of each puzzle. Really excellent work. Thank you for making it and sharing it.

thank you so much!!
