WOWW chapter 6 completely fucked me up. What a great cliff hanger. Absolutely amazing I'd definitely say this story is in my top 3 and that your 100% going places. Ok, so I completed chapter 6 and I'm devastated right now. I can't really describe how I feel. Maybe like a thousand tiny cuts, the pain of them magnified by a thousand. It definitely left me emotionally broken, sad... mad... or both. I also know I won't be able to shake all these feelings anytime soon. I've been in that same dark place too many times for that..
That was an amazing experience. Props for you guys, really top notch work. The game has a really nice plot and great relatable characters, laughed, cried, felt happy and sometimes sad so it was really a unique rollercoaster. Also, great selection on your OST, some songs really push the mood in certain scenes. Im curious to see where you take the story in the next chapters.
Hey, so I followed the download instructions but never had a overwrite prompt show up and when I do open it it's missing images/sound ect. Just hoping for a push in the right direction :)
Due to my file limit here on Itch, I had to make chapter 5 into a patch - meaning it contains the chapter 5 images only.
In order to play 0.5.1 after downloading, unzip it and copy it into the 0.4.5 folder after unzipping (select overwrite when asked about it), then run 0.4.5 as you normally would. If the top right corner of the main menu screen shows 0.5.1, you've done it correctly.

I rarely ever comment, but this game had me hooked from the get go. Such lovable characters, the scene and story building is wonderful. I am rarely emotionally invested in a VN character, but there are a few characters I really connected to in this story..

I chose to focus on Cece in my playthrough because she just appealed to me the most from the get go and oh boy what a journey it has been so far. I am currently at Lexi's house just when Cece and MC have Sex for the first time and I just wanted to say Thank you for making this game. I am in a pretty rough spot in my life right now and seeing Cece's struggles and how MC and literally everybody loves her and helps her ... helps. I am bonding with her a lot and I can't wait to see how the story progresses. Also this is the first VN I am ever playing where the music really enhances and supports the gameplay. It is an excellent choice, the humor (like the bunny dancing / singing scenes) fits it perfectly and it is a really really great game so far. I will pledge to Patreon as soon as I am in a better spot financially because this game deserves way more praise and attention than it seems to be getting so far.

The one thing that keeps bugging me is Steph's age and her relationship with the MC. If the game takes place after 2 years Steph leaves the MC without contact, and right now she's 26, how old was she when she moved to the school? The main character is 24 if I'm not mistaken and Chris said they all know each other for almost a decade. Did she have a romantic relationship with a minor when she was an adult? Bruh...

Let me first ask this, because I have played through this vn until the end of chapter 5. I saved Cece's life. We fell in love and then i sent her back to the mc's residence and he told her to wait for him there etc.
Is it possible to fall in love and date any of the other women? What about getting back with stephanie? He Tells chris he will always love her and they had sex just after the metro, mc tells stephanie he loves her (after she drags him back to her place and he ends up jumping out the window).
near the end of chapter 4, speaking to holly he suddenly doesn't love stephanie anymore (is the mc really that childish he has to come out with saying that? when he knows he stills loves her no matter what and would have his nuts cut off to be back with her imo) , that makes absolutely no sense at all..what makes even less sense is that when he meets her and she tells him everything, suddenly any love he has for as vanished into thin air?? I was hoping to go through a playthrough with both of them being back together again, but no matter what i do, it always ends the same way near the end with cece telling me to go and speak to stephanie..she is always there. what makes even less sense is, it seems to me at least, the mc always ends up with cece, unless i have done something wrong on each playthrough?
I really dont wanna waste time trying to fall in love and be with the other girls if its impossible. so is it possible or is cece the only one and all the rest are actually shallow fill in's?) I would really like the choice who i fall in love with, not be cajoled into being forced with cece no matter how beautiful she is, inside and out. If it is, then why dangle carrots on a string that are not obtainable, it just makes the game 1 time playable, with no replay value at all if thats really the case.
I am just trying to find out if the above is possible? coz i dont wanna go around in circles wasting hours for no reason if its not possible. I already have the save on cece for when the next chapter comes out.
You can select one of the other girls at the beginning of chapter 4 if you want to see their routes for this game. There is a total of 58 variation endings planned.
Steph is also a Love Interest if you play it right. I ended up with her on one of my playthroughs. Cece is my favorite, but I also like the story with Linda and Steph.
Is there a walkthrough do you know for this game, I think I would find it kind of tedious to repeatedly go through the same actions again and accidentally make silly choice mistakes only to end up back with Cece again. I do adore Cece, she is so adorable! I mean she might not exactly be the prettiest girl there, I do quite like Holly a lot too. Do you know if Holly is actually datable too?
I have a few more AVN's to go through, but I would like to replay this one again, and without a walkthrough, I hope I don't end up with the same conclusion hehe
I think the most important choice is when you first meet Holly. Picking "I'm conflicted" should be the first step in opening something with her. (And doesn't hurt with Lexi.)
I think you can also get bonus points with Holly if you have a good "flirty" score, so try to favor those options if you can. Not sure if it's necessary though.
Otherwise, take conversation options and get a good look at her when she's smoking on the balcony. I think that should be enough.
The only thing needed to open up the Holly option on the yacht is to move around the "Holly-roam" screen with her until you see no more dialogues pop up as you move around. There is a total of 9 screens with 0 to 3 dialogues each, depending on your previous choices.
If you want to aim for the Holly ending (not a real ending, but a lightweight one), you will have to check Holly's contact info on your phone after the yacht and the "love meter" has to be completely full by then.
thanks for your reply! was such a touching story about cece i fell in love with her. really not happy about that creep in the tree taking photos of the mc and cece and then bizzarely meeting up with his dad, i get a very very bad feeling about all of this i really do. I just hope he doesnt do anything bad to the mc or any of the girls, especially cece, seems i have invested some real life emotions in to this game its that good. love the girls and i love the interactions.

I just have a question how can I complete the task for Chris in terms of match-making as it always shows opportunitiy missed either Linda or Holly.
Am I missing something? I'm trying to hook him to Holly but I don't see anything really even tried when doing both Lexi and Holly scene but then after that, I see the task failed which I think I made the wrong decision.
This is a bug. The task in the task app on the phone will always show as 'failed' because the deadline passed. As long as the task doesn't have a red background, or you get a popup message somewhere saying it failed, you're safe.
When chapter 6 is out, this will correct itself on the very first screen, so you don't need to do, or replay anything, to fix it.

Welp, I got too excited when 5 came out, and didn't read what you wrote about the files being too big to download together. Now I know how I screwed myself over and wrecked hours of gameplay I had, leading to me needing to restart from scratch for a few of the paths. RIP. Well hey, on the bright side, at least this shows how damn good Drifty is at this stuff!

I just want to say what an excellent game this is. I was very moved by the ending of Chapter 5, it made me reflect on a lot of things I've been through somehow and how I should treasure those around me. I want to congratulate you on how well you've created this game and how detailed and moving it is. The graphics were amazing and the story line is so good I went back so many times to try and get every single girl happy because I hate leaving anyone out.
Character Design
Cece - I must say this character I can definitely resonate with, going through times of hardship and having the thought of ending it all was my thought process at times. I like how she's able to eventually find that person who will be there for her no matter what.
Lexi - I know there is more underneath the popstar and all, but she is an amazing character, and she made such an amazing addition to the story.
Story
The story I loved so much, however there were a few things I'd like to ask about:
How to get the party started on the plane
how to buy cigars for Holly
how to give the auto graph to Cece
I wish the bonus scenes would be more evident as it was hard for me to find the robin and cheer up cece scenes without looking to the comments.
In the end, such an amazing game that almost made me cry due to the results of things happening between all the characters, it tugged on my heart strings so much and I hope to see the next chapter real soon cause I hate seeing anyone sad. When is the next chapter being released? If you know

I thoroughly agree that the characters in this are fantastic and really tug on your heart. I think I can help with a few of your questions:
Party started: After you sit down again, just before you go to sleep, check the music section of your phone.
Cigarettes for Holly: In the screen with the newsstand guy, there is exactly one conversation step where you can click on the cigarette section. Keep your mouse over it and it will light up. And just to save you a follow-up question: You initially get her the wrong brand, but if your conversation with the seller asks him "Did you try?" (about talking to the girl), it will lead to you swapping packs to the right brand.
Autograph to Cece: So far as I know it only happens offscreen. If you don't ask Lexi and do bring it up in the Limo, it will lead to an outcome that you can view from the menu in a bonus screen.
How do you get music on the phone? When I pull up the phone it says to connect to external speakers, but then says I have no music. And for the autograph, it doesn't let me ask Lexi in the limo.
broooooooo im in the middle of chapter 2 now and i had to pause the game to come here and let you know that the characters were fucking amazing dood..... the different personalities, the conversations an actions are so realistic i feel like im a part of the game! im looking forward to what comes next.. respect bro, so much love for details

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this storyline. It hooked me. And Bro im not going to lie it kinda helped me to see things clearer than before. You put so much effort into the conversations or the relation espacially to cece it kinda felt like therapy sometimes.

I just want to say that not only did you write some really compelling characters, you also introduced me to a couple great Michael Shynes songs I hadn't heard before. Not all of the soundtrack was to my taste, but enough of it was that I left it on - which is something I almost never do in games.
Let's say something similar happened to me with a ''Cece'' but we were kinda both on the same ''bridge'', sadly she didn't return. Provided a great emotionnal relief so i thank you.
I just discovered visual novels ( my 3rd ). It's refreshing to see a very well written interaction with the caracters, humor and sex scene with good taste and sensuality (no cheeky porn) .... ( for what i have seen anyway).

I'm honestly surprised at how much I fell in love with this game. The way it hooks you in and keeps you hanging, the way it makes you feel something towards the characters--amazing writing all the way through. The character design is beautiful, as always(Cece is my favorite, just like most of the ones here). The dynamics between characters are fluid and feel real enough, but not too real to the point it becomes a parody. The twists in Chapter 5 were pleasant, and I hope more of the characters get explored in the upcoming chapters, like Matt and his relationship with Linda, Chris and Christine, and the MC's family, stepsis and father especially.
Going into Leap of Faith with no expectations definitely helped as well, as I never really expected that adult visual novels would be this well done. But I guess you proved me wrong. Hope there are more sensual, feel-good, and somber moments in the upcoming chapters.
i thought the whole point of a parody was to create a ridiculous imitation of something. The way these girls have been written isn't exactly that far from being realistic although of course there are some exceptions with some of the girls, but definitely not in any way a parody which i suppose would have been exceptionally easy to do.
Cece felt the most real, in terms of how she feels, how she communicates, and how she almost took her own life on the bridge. I felt overwhelming emotions towards her and I couldn't help but fall in love with her and want to protect from herself without adding to her own internal struggles. It really takes a lot for something to get me emotionally in any sense of the word, and there are only 2 vn's that have, this and another vn. There is also an avn that hit me emotionally too, so it takes a lot for something to hit me, and the fact that this did means in mind that this was written exceptionally well, the writer got the correct ambiance of most of the characters perfectly, and because they where so well written i could relate to them as if they where real. I rarely feel that in everyday life, due to my own internal issues.
I dont make friends easily and barely have any, because of the way they shit on me in the past, and i felt a rapore with all these girls, and i know it sounds silly, but i felt something so much more than I normally would, in fact i felt like they really were friends, and i just hope this story can go on and on, and get the dad and creep done away with, and focus more on the mc and the girls, and whatever stories the writer can come up with. i really dont want anything bad to come to any of them, including the mc even though he is a bit of doofus at times, which is not so bad i dont like him..he is fine the way he is as long as the writer doesn't go overboard with the way he speaks at times, i am just loving the girls and interactions between them and the mc, would be nice if there was just a teenie bit more sex scenes between the mc and the char he falls in love with, and if its robin and kira, then he shouldnt get punished for having sex with either robin or kira, since she says they want to bring the mc into their relationship, it shouldnt matter really.
I just downloaded and extracted Leap Of Faith 0.5.1 and it seems to be BROKEN there are at least 15 missing file right from the start just keep getting the red error message warning i run it both with wineHQ on the exe and in terminal with the SH file

So, this is it. The end of Chapter 5. Well, I will have to say it was totally different from the one I was expecting. I thought we were going to go down the whole Steph espionage thing. But, nope, just a long goodbye really. Mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I loved the emotions and way it was written. I had tears in my eyes over half of the time playing it. On the other hand, it was really just a long goodbye as I said. Nothing much really happened. So we shall see what w e shall see in probably January when 0.16 may be completed. Thanks, though Drifty. The production value of this novel was definitely the BEST I have ever seen including anything that DR Pink Cake has produced so far. Just, maybe not rush the next one and please get a nicer font! I mean I don't mind changing it, but even so.
the problem with pink cake is, he now has a reputation of screwing over the player with his avn's unfortunately. I dont know if you have played acting lessons. the amount of uproar this generated and not in a good way, when the time came to choose was quite honestly bizarre and pathetic to be honest. I am not a fan of having pyscho bitches that some how magically just happen to be able to stalk him from with the places he was, despite people the girls being in the same place. was an extreme let down to be honest, and it really really hit me hard when i had to choose one of the girls to survive. The amount of time and effort we had to put into the game led many of us down the polygamy route, where all three where happy and planning their futures together then like a complete retard he pulls the rug right from under our feet, for absolutely no reason at all, except to kill one of them off, when he really should not have done so. no warning about it all.
He has another avn called being a dik, and although it is significantly longer and still in development, its pretty fair to say that somewhere in the avn he will kill people off just for kicks, but i hope he takes on board the hate he got for what he did with acting lessons, it was completely unacceptable for a lot of reasons. you cant just pull that kind of shit on your own players, after all they done and gone through emotionally. Inside i still feel betrayed by dr pink cake after the terrible, awful childish stunt he pulled near the end.
The renders and graphics in this vn are completely outstanding and all the girls look super beautiful. I know some vn's trying using some realistic-looking girls, that actually look like crap when you see them. I have no problem with cartoonish type looking girls, like this vn as long as they done as well as they are here. they look fantastic. the girls genitals could do with improving a bit, but it doesnt matter in the slightest, when they look this good, especially holly and lexi!

I have read your comment an d I agree with some points, but I don't get where you think PInk Cake is an ass. A lot of peoploe have said this, but I don't understand where they are getting the info from. Maybe it's because I avoid social media like the plague and only play his games, not follow him or anyone else. And, yes, I have played Acting lessons, and I do not agree that that girl was killed off. I have found nothing wrong with death in any game. Death is part of life. I think Pink Cake did a very brave thing by killing off both of those women. Acting Lessons to me was a far better novel than DIK. It was more heart warming and more true to life. I still loved playing DIK, and I am thoroughly looking forward to Season 2. In fact, there are very few novels I have read which I didn't like. My personal preference is girl with girl and these are my first choice to read, but, sadly, they are very few. Anyway, we all have our differences in what we like and don't like. I do not understand hostility! It's a game, not real life!

Finally chapter 0.15! It's been so long since I last played this VN i almost forgot that I payed it until my saves came flooding back! Thank you Drifty! I really did love this game. Chris was an amazing character! Damn, I can't get 0.15 to run! I run the exe, load my previous file from 0.15 an nothing happens. Please can someone explain to me how to get 0.15 to work from 0.14. thank you! I have completed 0.14 including one of the bonus levels.
In order to play chapter 5, you will have to download it, unzip it, and copy it into your chapter 1-4 folder. If you get a question if you want to overwrite some files, you are doing it right. Click Yes to overwrite.
The reason I had to do this was because of the Itch.io file size limit.
Alternatively, you can go to my Patreon and download chapter 1-5 in one go (link above). Your saves will still work even if you unzip it to a different folder.

This is NOT a criticism. I know perfection takes longer than normal. I had forgotten how professional this game is! Everything about it is really amazing APART from the most boring font I have ever seen in a game! I really hope you do not mind, but I have changed the font to something a lot better and more fitting. I know, ok, but I just couldn't stand the boring font! But apart from that it's a beautiful game. Easily rivals Dr Pink Cake and you have to pay for his novels!

Today I read your vn running the Cece path. I couldn't stop once I started. As a survivor of mental illness, I have never seen or dreamed I could put the tumulus thoughts or feelings into words. And here I go through a vn and it is all right there. Thank you for Leap of Faith. I found my self clicking through all the non dialog portions, just so that I could read the next bit. Download both 0.4.5 and 0.5.1 and unzip both of them.
Navigate into the 0.5.1 unzipped folder until you see the executable LeapofFaith.exe.
Use CTRL+A to select all files and folders (including the game, renpy and lib folders) and CTRL+C to copy.
Navigate into the 0.4.5 unzipped folder until you see the executable LeapofFaith.exe
CTRL+V to paste the copied contents. You should be prompted with a "do you want to overwrite" for a lot of files. Click yes to overwrite.
Run the game from the 0.4.5 folder - which is now patched to 0.5.1 (should display so in the upper right hand corner of the main menu).
If this doesn't work for you, feel free to ask for more help should you need it. :)

The one thing that keeps bugging me is Steph's age and her relationship with the MC. If the game takes place after 2 years Steph leaves the MC without contact, and right now she's 26, how old was she when she moved to the school? The main character is 24 if I'm not mistaken and Chris said they all know each other for almost a decade. Did she have a romantic relationship with a minor when she was an adult? Bruh...

Let me first ask this, because I have played through this vn until the end of chapter 5. I saved Cece's life. We fell in love and then i sent her back to the mc's residence and he told her to wait for him there etc.
Is it possible to fall in love and date any of the other women? What about getting back with stephanie? He Tells chris he will always love her and they had sex just after the metro, mc tells stephanie he loves her (after she drags him back to her place and he ends up jumping out the window).
near the end of chapter 4, speaking to holly he suddenly doesn't love stephanie anymore (is the mc really that childish he has to come out with saying that? when he knows he stills loves her no matter what and would have his nuts cut off to be back with her imo) , that makes absolutely no sense at all..what makes even less sense is that when he meets her and she tells him everything, suddenly any love he has for as vanished into thin air?? I was hoping to go through a playthrough with both of them being back together again, but no matter what i do, it always ends the same way near the end with cece telling me to go and speak to stephanie..she is always there. what makes even less sense is, it seems to me at least, the mc always ends up with cece, unless i have done something wrong on each playthrough?
I really dont wanna waste time trying to fall in love and be with the other girls if its impossible. so is it possible or is cece the only one and all the rest are actually shallow fill in's?) I would really like the choice who i fall in love with, not be cajoled into being forced with cece no matter how beautiful she is, inside and out. If it is, then why dangle carrots on a string that are not obtainable, it just makes the game 1 time playable, with no replay value at all if thats really the case.
I am just trying to find out if the above is possible? coz i dont wanna go around in circles wasting hours for no reason if its not possible. I already have the save on cece for when the next chapter comes out.
You can select one of the other girls at the beginning of chapter 4 if you want to see their routes for this game. There is a total of 58 variation endings planned.

Steph is also a Love Interest if you play it right. I ended up with her on one of my playthroughs. Cece is my favorite, but I also like the story with Linda and Steph.
Is there a walkthrough do you know for this game, I think I would find it kind of tedious to repeatedly go through the same actions again and accidentally make silly choice mistakes only to end up back with Cece again. I do adore Cece, she is so adorable! I mean she might not exactly be the prettiest girl there, I do quite like Holly a lot too. Do you know if Holly is actually datable too?
I have a few more AVN's to go through, but I would like to replay this one again, and without a walkthrough, I hope I don't end up with the same conclusion hehe

I think the most important choice is when you first meet Holly. Picking "I'm conflicted" should be the first step in opening something with her. (And doesn't hurt with Lexi.)
I think you can also get bonus points with Holly if you have a good "flirty" score, so try to favor those options if you can. Not sure if it's necessary though.
Otherwise, take conversation options and get a good look at her when she's smoking on the balcony. I think that should be enough.

The only thing needed to open up the Holly option on the yacht is to move around the "Holly-roam" screen with her until you see no more dialogues pop up as you move around. There is a total of 9 screens with 0 to 3 dialogues each, depending on your previous choices.
If you want to aim for the Holly ending (not a real ending, but a lightweight one), you will have to check Holly's contact info on your phone after the yacht and the "love meter" has to be completely full by then.

Yes there is, although those aren't main focus of this vn. I strongly recommend to give this one a try, it's one of the best ones I've played.
thanks for your reply! was such a touching story about cece i fell in love with her. really not happy about that creep in the tree taking photos of the mc and cece and then bizzarely meeting up with his dad, i get a very very bad feeling about all of this i really do. I just hope he doesnt do anything bad to the mc or any of the girls, especially cece, seems i have invested some real life emotions in to this game its that good. love the girls and i love the interactions.

The guy "stalking" MC is actually from Homeland protecting him. If you don't bring Steph to Lexi's place, she's there instead of the creepy guy.

I just have a question how can I complete the task for Chris in terms of match-making as it always shows opportunitiy missed either Linda or Holly.
Am I missing something? I'm trying to hook him to Holly but I don't see anything really even tried when doing both Lexi and Holly scene but then after that, I see the task failed which I think I made the wrong decision.
This is a bug. The task in the task app on the phone will always show as 'failed' because the deadline passed. As long as the task doesn't have a red background, or you get a popup message somewhere saying it failed, you're safe.
When chapter 6 is out, this will correct itself on the very first screen, so you don't need to do, or replay anything, to fix it.

Welp, I got too excited when 5 came out, and didn't read what you wrote about the files being too big to download together. Now I know how I screwed myself over and wrecked hours of gameplay I had, leading to me needing to restart from scratch for a few of the paths. RIP. I just want to say what an excellent game this is. I was very moved by the ending of Chapter 5, it made me reflect on a lot of things I've been through somehow and how I should treasure those around me. I want to congratulate you on how well you've created this game and how detailed and moving it is. The graphics were amazing and the story line is so good I went back so many times to try and get every single girl happy because I hate leaving anyone out.
Character Design
Cece - I must say this character I can definitely resonate with, going through times of hardship and having the thought of ending it all was my thought process at times. I like how she's able to eventually find that person who will be there for her no matter what.
Lexi - I know there is more underneath the popstar and all, but she is an amazing character, and she made such an amazing addition to the story.
Story
The story I loved so much, however there were a few things I'd like to ask about:
How to get the party started on the plane
how to buy cigars for Holly
how to give the auto graph to Cece
I wish the bonus scenes would be more evident as it was hard for me to find the robin and cheer up cece scenes without looking to the comments.
In the end, such an amazing game that almost made me cry due to the results of things happening between all the characters, it tugged on my heart strings so much and I hope to see the next chapter real soon cause I hate seeing anyone sad. When is the next chapter being released? If you know

I thoroughly agree that the characters in this are fantastic and really tug on your heart. I think I can help with a few of your questions:
Party started: After you sit down again, just before you go to sleep, check the music section of your phone.
Cigarettes for Holly: In the screen with the newsstand guy, there is exactly one conversation step where you can click on the cigarette section. Keep your mouse over it and it will light up. And just to save you a follow-up question: You initially get her the wrong brand, but if your conversation with the seller asks him "Did you try?" (about talking to the girl), it will lead to you swapping packs to the right brand.
Autograph to Cece: So far as I know it only happens offscreen. If you don't ask Lexi and do bring it up in the Limo, it will lead to an outcome that you can view from the menu in a bonus screen.
How do you get music on the phone? When I pull up the phone it says to connect to external speakers, but then says I have no music. And for the autograph, it doesn't let me ask Lexi in the limo.
Oh yeah, the music has to be downloaded first. I think any time after Chapter 3 starts and before you get on the plane.
For the autograph you don't talk to Lexi about it at all. You'll be in the limo with Cece and have the option to tell her you couldn't get it.

I just want to say that not only did you write some really compelling characters, you also introduced me to a couple great Michael Shynes songs I hadn't heard before. Not all of the soundtrack was to my taste, but enough of it was that I left it on - which is something I almost never do in games.

I just discovered visual novels ( my 3rd ). It's refreshing to see a very well written interaction with the caracters, humor and sex scene with good taste and sensuality (no cheeky porn) .... ( for what i have seen anyway).

WOW, I found (chasing sunset) Easter egg, that was so smart.
I'm honestly surprised at how much I fell in love with this game. The way it hooks you in and keeps you hanging, the way it makes you feel something towards the characters--amazing writing all the way through. The character design is beautiful, as always(Cece is my favorite, just like most of the ones here). The dynamics between characters are fluid and feel real enough, but not too real to the point it becomes a parody. The twists in Chapter 5 were pleasant, and I hope more of the characters get explored in the upcoming chapters, like Matt and his relationship with Linda, Chris and Christine, and the MC's family, stepsis and father especially.
Going into Leap of Faith with no expectations definitely helped as well, as I never really expected that adult visual novels would be this well done. But I guess you proved me wrong. Hope there are more sensual, feel-good, and somber moments in the upcoming chapters.

It's one of only two games that have ever made me cry irl. The other was Acting Lessons. :D
i thought the whole point of a parody was to create a ridiculous imitation of something. The way these girls have been written isn't exactly that far from being realistic although of course there are some exceptions with some of the girls, but definitely not in any way a parody which i suppose would have been exceptionally easy to do.
Cece felt the most real, in terms of how she feels, how she communicates, and how she almost took her own life on the bridge. I felt overwhelming emotions towards her and I couldn't help but fall in love with her and want to protect from herself without adding to her own internal struggles. It really takes a lot for something to get me emotionally in any sense of the word, and there are only 2 vn's that have, this and another vn. There is also an avn that hit me emotionally too, so it takes a lot for something to hit me, and the fact that this did means in mind that this was written exceptionally well, the writer got the correct ambiance of most of the characters perfectly, and because they where so well written i could relate to them as if they where real. I rarely feel that in everyday life, due to my own internal issues.
I dont make friends easily and barely have any, because of the way they shit on me in the past, and i felt a rapore with all these girls, and i know it sounds silly, but i felt something so much more than I normally would, in fact i felt like they really were friends, and i just hope this story can go on and on, and get the dad and creep done away with, and focus more on the mc and the girls, and whatever stories the writer can come up with. i really dont want anything bad to come to any of them, including the mc even though he is a bit of doofus at times, which is not so bad i dont like him..he is fine the way he is as long as the writer doesn't go overboard with the way he speaks at times, i am just loving the girls and interactions between them and the mc, would be nice if there was just a teenie bit more sex scenes between the mc and the char he falls in love with, and if its robin and kira, then he shouldnt get punished for having sex with either robin or kira, since she says they want to bring the mc into their relationship, it shouldnt matter really.

So, this is it. The end of Chapter 5. Well, I will have to say it was totally different from the one I was expecting. I thought we were going to go down the whole Steph espionage thing. But, nope, just a long goodbye really. Mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I loved the emotions and way it was written. I had tears in my eyes over half of the time playing it. On the other hand, it was really just a long goodbye as I said. Nothing much really happened. So we shall see what w e shall see in probably January when 0.16 may be completed. Thanks, though Drifty. The production value of this novel was definitely the BEST I have ever seen including anything that DR Pink Cake has produced so far. Just, maybe not rush the next one and please get a nicer font! I mean I don't mind changing it, but even so.
the problem with pink cake is, he now has a reputation of screwing over the player with his avn's unfortunately. I dont know if you have played acting lessons. the amount of uproar this generated and not in a good way, when the time came to choose was quite honestly bizarre and pathetic to be honest. I am not a fan of having pyscho bitches that some how magically just happen to be able to stalk him from with the places he was, despite people the girls being in the same place. was an extreme let down to be honest, and it really really hit me hard when i had to choose one of the girls to survive. The amount of time and effort we had to put into the game led many of us down the polygamy route, where all three where happy and planning their futures together then like a complete retard he pulls the rug right from under our feet, for absolutely no reason at all, except to kill one of them off, when he really should not have done so. no warning about it all.
He has another avn called being a dik, and although it is significantly longer and still in development, its pretty fair to say that somewhere in the avn he will kill people off just for kicks, but i hope he takes on board the hate he got for what he did with acting lessons, it was completely unacceptable for a lot of reasons. you cant just pull that kind of shit on your own players, after all they done and gone through emotionally. Inside i still feel betrayed by dr pink cake after the terrible, awful childish stunt he pulled near the end.
The renders and graphics in this vn are completely outstanding and all the girls look super beautiful. I know some vn's trying using some realistic-looking girls, that actually look like crap when you see them. I have no problem with cartoonish type looking girls, like this vn as long as they done as well as they are here. they look fantastic. the girls genitals could do with improving a bit, but it doesnt matter in the slightest, when they look this good, especially holly and lexi!

I have read your comment an d I agree with some points, but I don't get where you think PInk Cake is an ass. A lot of peoploe have said this, but I don't understand where they are getting the info from. Maybe it's because I avoid social media like the plague and only play his games, not follow him or anyone else. And, yes, I have played Acting lessons, and I do not agree that that girl was killed off. I have found nothing wrong with death in any game. Death is part of life. I think Pink Cake did a very brave thing by killing off both of those women. Acting Lessons to me was a far better novel than DIK. It was more heart warming and more true to life. I still loved playing DIK, and I am thoroughly looking forward to Season 2. In fact, there are very few novels I have read which I didn't like. My personal preference is girl with girl and these are my first choice to read, but, sadly, they are very few. Anyway, we all have our differences in what we like and don't like. I do not understand hostility! It's a game, not real life!
Words cannot even describe how much I fell in love this game. This was my very 1st Adult Visual Novel and I am so glad that I played this. The story really hooks you especially with CeCe who is my favorite and every character has such wonderful characteristics.

is there a walkthrough to every route ? i cant open the holly route i tried everything i think.
The idea is that the more you talk to Holly, the more inclined you (and her) are to accept Lexi's proposal later on.
So on the "Holly-Roam", move around all screens, to see as many dialogues with her as possible.
Finally chapter 0.15! It's been so long since I last played this VN i almost forgot that I payed it until my saves came flooding back! Thank you Drifty! I really did love this game. Chris was an amazing character! Damn, I can't get 0.15 to run! I run the exe, load my previous file from 0.15 an nothing happens. Please can someone explain to me how to get 0.15 to work from 0.14. thank you! I have completed 0.14 including one of the bonus levels.
In order to play chapter 5, you will have to download it, unzip it, and copy it into your chapter 1-4 folder. If you get a question if you want to overwrite some files, you are doing it right. Click Yes to overwrite.
The reason I had to do this was because of the Itch.io file size limit.
Alternatively, you can go to my Patreon and download chapter 1-5 in one go (link above). Your saves will still work even if you unzip it to a different folder.

This is NOT a criticism. I know perfection takes longer than normal. I had forgotten how professional this game is! Everything about it is really amazing APART from the most boring font I have ever seen in a game! I really hope you do not mind, but I have changed the font to something a lot better and more fitting. I know, ok, but I just couldn't stand the boring font! But apart from that it's a beautiful game. Easily rivals Dr Pink Cake and you have to pay for his novels!

i've tried with a bunch of different choices but at the end of chapter 4, i have never been able to achieve the following three things.
1- I have never been able to get the pin code for Robin's phone.
2- I have never been able to cheer Cece up when she is bummed out and not talking.
3- Cece did not get to play a little game ... on Robin.
I think robin's pin code and game on Robin are related. I have tried with different walk thoughs but still unsuccessful.
I would really really appreciate it if someone could help me with these things.

For question 1 and 3, go through your Nuke app after the screens where Robin is dancing, right before Cece enters.
