Welcome to the not so famous "Weird Art" jam!

This Jam exists solely to encourage people to interact and publish their art. Any type of art can be published in this jam, and even though it is more recommended to create the art starting after its duration, it is not necessary, you can publish something that you were already working on before, but didn't finish or had given up on. However if that was the case, specify it when adding it to the Jam.

What is something weird?
I do not know. So anything you do that you think might be considered weird by others or you is allowed.

What is allowed to be sent in this Jam?
Books, games, comics, drawings, game assets, zines, music, poems and more. Maybe a little of everything? There is no limit to how many projects a person or team can post here, so if you want to try to do everything feel free.

Rules?
Yes, I think there needs to be some rules even when it comes to creating weird art. So hate speech, prejudice, and any other form of hate is completely prohibited. Also the website's terms of services must not be broken.  You can read it by clicking here. Games, comics, books, zines and any other type of art containing adult content are allowed as long as they also follow Itch.io's terms of service.

Theme?
I think it's already clear that the theme of this Jam is to do something strange, right? But I get it, a theme can be a good way to start to give you an idea to get started. Thinking off the top of my head I can think of some themes. "Not human.", "Alternate life"... 

Anyway being creative isn't one of my best qualities, so I could only think of these two. But if you want some tips for something to start with, if you really need a theme, simply think of something you already like and try to do it in the most bizarre way possible. Tell a story from the point of view of something or someone who has no involvement in the things that would be important. A story that has no point. Something that has no logic at all and is more about some feeling. Or use your strangest dreams as a reference.
