Come join us on Discord for PixoJam, our first ever community game jam! Everyone is welcome to participate, you don't have to be a Pixonomicon community member to join.
The spirit behind PixoJam is one of creation, community, and comradery. Bring a friend, make a friend, or go at it alone. The choice is yours! Regardless, we hope that you have fun making games alongside us. And, as always, in the eternal words of Bill & Ted:
"be excellent to each other"
Theme and Optional Prompts:
The juicy bits are hidden until the start of the jam on . There will be an obligatory theme and a few optional prompts. You may use as many optional prompts as you like, or none at all.
Rules:
- Generative AI use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- The content of your game must abide by itch.io terms of service
- You may use any assets (code, art, etcetera) that you have the legal rights to use
- If using pre-made assets, indicate what was used in your submission
- Your submission must be made during and for this game jam, PixoJam 2026

It's okay to submit something that you feel is incomplete, or not up to your personal benchmark. In fact, it's encouraged to submit your game regardless of the state that it's in! Participation and fun is the goal after all. However, any late submissions will be handled on a case by case basis.
