JointJam22 is a combined effort between the game development clubs at USF, UCF, and UF for all game developers, sponsored by Convicted Printing!

Signing Up

1. Join the JointJam22 Discord.

2. Go to the #welcome-roles channel and sign up with the form linked in the first message of the channel.

3. When the game jam starts on April 1st, 6:00pm EST, join a voice channel in the JointJam22 Discord for the theme announcement!

Rules 🚨 Read Carefully 🚨

• Asset reuse is permitted! However, everything you use must have a license/attribution if owned by others.

• Maintain a school-agnostic game / itch.io page. It should not be evident what school you are from to a voter. This one's very important. 🚨

• Teams are unlimited in size!

• Submissions are expected as either Windows executables, or browser-playable to appeal to the majority, and are due at 7:00pm on Sunday.

• Submit here on itch.io before the deadline.

After the submission period ends, we'll host a hangout session in the voice channels of the JointJam22 Discord. Voting will also begin immediately!

Voting

Games will be rated based on the following categories:

1. Best Graphics / Art 🎨

2. Best Sound Design 🔊

3. Best Interpretation of Theme 💡

4. Best Design 🧠

5. Crowd Favorite (Overall Best!) 🎮

We're expecting to have a few T-Shirts ready for our overall first, second, and third place teams! The delivery of prizes is expected to occur in the weeks following the event!
