Welcome, to Clicker Jam!

In this jam, you goal is to make in a clicker(also known as incremental) genre, in a week.

What are incremental games?

To put it simply - You do simple actions (e.g. Clicking), and numbers rise. Incremental games also often include idle elements and upgrades. If you want a great example of an incremental game, check out Cookie Clicker.

Theme

Your theme for this jam is - Time Travel

Feel free to interpret the theme however you like, think outside of the box and integrate the theme in an interesting way.

Ranking

You will be ranking each other's games based on following criterias:

• Idea - Rate the concept, was it good, or bad?
• Graphics - How does the game look?
• Sounds (Music included) - How well does it sound?
• Fun - How fun is it actually to play?
• Theme - How was the theme interpreted?

And based on these 5 criterias you will also rank how the game did overall.

Rules

• Game's development MUST NOT start before opening of the submission period. BUT you can use premade code, as long as most of the game's code is written during the jam.
• Your game must be AT LEAST playable on Windows OR Web. (Any platforms are allowed, but these 2 are essential, though you 
• Only use assets that you ARE ALLOWED to use, and remember to credit the assets properly.
• No NSFW is allowed (That includes gore, pornography, suggestive materials and e.t.c.)
• You can work in a team of up to 5 people.
• Any engine/framework/library/language can be used, as long as there are no external dependencies (e.g. Python shouldn't be required to be installed in order to play)
• There can be only 1 submission per person/team
• The game MUST be playable or downloadable from Itch.io. (No external websites, exception: GitHub pages)

Legal and contact

Ownership to games you make for this jam are yours/your team's. But the host of the jam may showcase your game without contacting you.
