In this jam, you'll have 10 days to make any game you want. The twist is, rather than focusing on fancy graphics and presentation, the goal is to make your game as crusty as possible!

Here, we're using the term "crusty" as popularised by streamer Vinesauce, where it's used to refer to things that are low quality, outdated, or low-effort, in an often comedic way. Common crusty elements include Comic Sans, low-quality GIFs, stock images, bright clashing colours, low-quality audio, and MIDI music.

Good examples of crust include The Most Amazing Website on the Internet and last year's submissions.


1. Entries must not contain nudity or sexual content in any way.
2. Entries must be entirely free.
3. Entries have to be made entirely within the submission period.
4. Entries must fit some reasonable definition of a videogame.
5. Maximum team size is 4 people.
6. Shouldn't need to say this, but entries must follow Itch.io's Acceptable Use Policy.
