I really love this game. It's so cute. But after downloading and unwrapping the Chinese version, I still find the game is in English. It's hard for me to play it because my English is not good. I have read the instructions for the Chinese localization, but I still don't know how to operate it. I hope I can get some help.
I don't know about chinese version, so I can't check it and figure out, what is wrong.
I suggest you: 1) either sharing the chinese version via bun.tired@yandex.ru so I could try to download it and figure it out myself; 2) or ask this question a translator directly (if possible), or those, who downloaded it on chinese and seem to have no problems.
Coming from experience with what body's chinese translation, there's a high chance of some kind of data folder, that needs to replace the one in english version (But I'm just guessing). I can also suggest instead of replacing trying to delete an english folder and replace it with chinese translated one.
Hope it helps. Sadly as for now I can not be much of help, I can only try to guess the solutions. I hope you could play it eventually! (And I hope it translates well...)

the mc really is a prick and a hardcore loser. He is like that one chartaer from a good manga that, that mc, met once lol. he is like a extra of that manga and yuri is the mc or medsestra
i didnt know it was so hard to get the secret ending, i got it when i first played, i think you need to stay in silence an dont look to whoever is coughing, i dont even know how i got it lol
got all the endings. sadly there isn't an option to actually help him find the dying person, which would have been my first instinct if i wanted to get with him.
THIS WAS SO FUNNY HAHAhH. The main character was horrible and deserved everything that happened to him lol. I was very happy with the endings!!! I also LOVED the humor!!! Nurse boy takes no shit!!! Hell yeah!!! Silly little guy is just funny in the head, that's all.
This art style is so wonderful and I love the combination of cutesy visuals and characters with the darker themes. I love the nurse boy because he's cute and innocent-looking but takes no shit.

Hey I've played your other games and my chat rly likes your art style LOL. I had a lot of fun with this too love the full degen it's definitely not for everyone but I think it's funny! Had some problems with the secret ending but I am happy with these endings MC was not cool :D

I got it from doing true ending and loser ending. Then I accidentally skipped it then did it again and got the secret ending. Hoped that helped you.
