Still trying to recreate your issue but with little luck so far. The only way I can see this happening is if you had 0 alive players yet were still playing for whatever reason. Or maybe your last player dies shortly before the lizardmen attack?
Have you tried reloading a save before the battle takes place?
i had some thing simular to this but that only happend when i tried to sellect skis or tried to attack with MC also out of combat had to load a save i had from befor the lizzard men.
Very interesting game and I'm enjoying working my way through all the events to this point. However, I've run into a situation that has me confused during battles... the health and mana potions do not replenish my health or mana but removes them from my inventory. I'm not exactly sure as to what level I was at when it started happening. If I use a health or mana potion pre-battle from where you can set up spells and such, it works fine. But during battles, when I 'Use Item', my health or mana doesn't increase but the number of potions goes down. How might I fix this (if it is something that I can fix)? Thank you.
This was an issue on 0.30 or one of the other early hotfixes, but should have been fixed in 0.30.1G or F. The cause for it was an error with missing visual effects for the potions.
If you are on 0.30.1G and still get these, then I'm guessing you had an error on it but hit 'ignore'. Now the error simply doesn't show up, but nothing happens nonetheless.
Assuming this is the case and you had some errors during combat. You'd have to remove the persistent data from appdata and the save folder inside the game. That would 'reshow' you the error so I could fix it. I'd recommend backing up that persistent save file though. It contains gallery unlocks and other stuff.
I'm playing 0.30.1G and it was an initial install. During my early fights with the rats, I was able to use mana and health potions without error. Just when I reached about level 3 or 4, it suddenly started happening and without any errors being displayed or a request to 'ignore'.
So to understand the fix... (1) from the appdata folder, I'm to delete just the persistant data file (2) from the main game's folder, I'm to delete the contents of the save folder (what about the sync folder within the save folder?)
As an interesting note... during battles, I can use the 'cure poison' and the 'increase health and mana' (the green and pink vials). Just can't use the red or blue vials that increase health or mana respectively.

I found and eliminated the issue. The updating script for inventory items had a typo. Doing the alchemy introduction with Helen caused it to lose the 'target' for the potions.
Hello Mr developer, is it okay that when you use potions during the fight they disappear and you don't heal/replenish mana , pretty sure before 0.30 it worked differently but you only could use potions by yourself

Brother after talking to asuka and after party visit the university in morning and after that it says no more content in 0.30.1 and when I look other characters it says that proceeds with Asara
Must be a hint bug. I'll have a look at it later, but if you completed the party and the event that happens the following day in the university, then you're done with this update's main story.
Separate comment for a separate issue - sometimes if you load back, or scroll up to change choices/actions all of your equipment gets deleted. All of it. This happened before this patch as well, and at any point of the game, essentially.
Loading is disabled after equipping/unequipping items precisely because of issues with items duplicating and so on. Screens in renpy don't handle saving data well. It's not a perfect solution, but stops people from having issues.
Having the equipment simply vanish though is a first and I haven't been able to recreate this yet. More details?
Uhh.... I had fights I've won but did not have desirable amounts of hp so I scrolled up to redo last stages of fight, finished fight, all gear gone. Loaded previous saves that I still had half of my equipment in, no longer had any of it. I... could start the game over and tinker to find out when it happens.
Uhh... there may have been an error when I beat him, actually... I could try and replicate it and send you the log, if that would help. Edit - ran through the entire patch again just to make sure - no error popped up this time, but flag wasn't changed, it seems. It just loops back to first fight regardless.
Not Fabiana, got challenged by someone for stripping someone naked in a duel once. When I accept her duel I just get matched against the transmutation guy again. Perhaps I should have clarified I meant second fight during the festival, sorry!

Talk to a skill trainer, for example Sofia in the university. You unlock more as you play the game.
Does something bad happened to my favorite Mizuki(cat)? You have a picture of her bleeding.... even though I don't see it in the game.

Bring the shotgun after she gets knocked up. Just a warning, it goes dark quick.

Go home and use the ink set on the table. It should start the event.

You're absolutely right. I missed it as I usually just go straight to her.
I'll issue a hotfix tomorrow. As a temporary workaround, if you don't wanna wait, load a save before talking to Magda an select 'see Varess now'.

What enemy are you fighting?
There are two fighter lizards in a cave. When I click on end fight, I get the error below.

That was another issue with Alzheimer's thievery. It should be fixed with the last update.

Guessing something went wrong during instalation. I updated renpy to 7.6.0 yet yours shows 7.5.3.
Try uninstaling and then installing again. Make sure you back up your saves first.

I found and eliminated the issue. It seems to have affected only older saves due to an extra hint for asara's sidestory5 (arena classes).
This will be resolved in the next hotfix, which should be up within an hour (unless I find something else). Thank you for help.

Can u enter the glossary and type in 'debug' into the cheat menu? Take a pic of the events list that will show up.

0.30.1E just dropped, fixing many issues with the event triggers and battle. Android is still pending and should be up in 20-40 minutes.

Got to be because I messed up and forgot to add her. Done Hanako's story in all my playtests hence I missed it.

Second fight in new patch seems bugged, when I say I'm ready for fight it just pits me against the first opponent again.
Did something out of the ordinary happen during the first fight? The variable should have changed right after u left combat.

Him? You mean Taichi? If you fought the guy, you shouldn't be fighting Fabiana at all. I'll have a look.
Edit: Tested both Taichi and Fabiana. Both work fine. Both entries get removed in top left corner too.

I just fixed the issue. Tested too and made sure it's working. It'll be up with the next update in a few hours at most, when I fix the other problems.
If you accepted the fight, simply talk to Mia. If you refused the fight... you'll have to load a save prior to doing that.
