loved the game, a simple reverse escape room kind of, trying to test your brain ( I DONT HAVE THAT). I wanted to get to this game a few weeks ago but whatever i guess :)

That's so good to hear, glad you've enjoyed the game.  :)

Thanks for playing!

I like the game and liked how i had to use my brain to beat the man in the window. It would be better if the game was updated and added new game mechanics and other stuff but right now it's a really good game. 10/10

Thank you very much, glad you've liked the game!

I tend to stay away from updating my already released games with new content, but any improvements that need to be added will be implemented into an eventual sequel.  :)

Jesus, how can mama think she can hide in the bathtub! I bet the Man was laughing his ass off looking at her.

So I played this game and I have to say, it's simplistic but enjoyable. I also did manage to get jumpscared. Only downside, I never saw this man near any window. 9/10 game would recommend

Thank you!

It's so nice to hear you've managed to enjoy the game, and I thank you for playing.  :)

Potential solution spoilers ahead, you've been warned !

I liked this game.
The graphics may look simple but there is charm to it, like you're in a cartoon, and I was happy to use my brain to solve the problem of hiding both me and my son from the Man From The Window.

I do have a few things to give feedback upon and while it didn't affect my enjoyment of the game, I feel they are worth noting :
- The only reason why I knew about the inventory and how to use items was because I set the game on fullscreen while going to the options and found the controls there.
- I was stumped for a few attempts trying to figure out what was wrong with what I had done only to realize that the doors that don't seem to have locks can in fact be locked. Basically, a visual inconsistency got me stuck, and adding locks to those doors would fix it.
These are nitpicks however, anyone could succeed using the tried and true bruteforce strategy.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience that reminded me of the Don't Escape games and I'm looking forward to whatever else you have in store.

Thank you, I'm glad you've liked the game!

I definitely agree, a lot of things in this one need improving upon.

All feedback received here is going to be applied going forward to make sure future games are the best they can be.  :)

Do you think you will make a sequel? Again this is one of the best indie games ever!

(+1)

Thank you, you're far too kind.

There will 100% be a sequel in the somewhat near future.

I still can't say when, but there's no doubt that there will be one.  :)

(+1)

YES!!!! Can’t wait! Me and my friends have been playing after school!

(+1)

Any chance for HTML support?

The most I can say right now is possibly.

It would be a decent solution to potentially enable more people to be able to have access to these games, so it's definitely on the table.

I'll know more as time goes on.  :)

MASSIVE MELONS

but seriously, great game! :D

is this game 32-Bit? because my PC only has a 32-bit

what. the. heck. why is your game not 32 BIT?????

please add one that 32-Bit Okay?

I can definitely sympathize with someone who is stuck using an old system, believe me.

Creating a 32-bit compatible version is doable, I'm pretty sure.

You'll have to give me some time, as I'm busy with another project at the moment. I'll certainly look into it, though.

thank you, my man, you can be the best game Creator that I ever trusted! and how long until you are done with the 32-bit the man from the window?

hope theres another

this is a really fun game

Those voluptuous busems are what make this game a 5/5. Fantastic work.

A 5/5!

You're too kind, thank you!  :)

this game really has its own charm. so simple yet special. is there gonna be a sequel?

(+1)

Thank you!  :)

Yes, there will be an eventual sequel.

However, it's still too early for me to say when just yet!

(+1)

gives me alot of Dont Escape vibes with the time managing and barricading and hiding

(+1)

This game was very good puzzle

Thank you very much! :)

HELLO THERE! This game has such a cool concept and my playthrough on the game was fantastic. I love this game and I would love to see a sequel.

(+1)

I'm very glad to hear you've enjoyed the game, and thanks for playing!  :)

HELLO! I love this game and im wondering if in the future modding will be athing like changing the man or mama or junior? 1 more question, will there be any more updates like new features, endings, etc! Thank you!

Glad you like the game! Now for your questions.

Once I release a game, I tend to stay away from updating it with new content.

Bugfixes? Yes. Error patching? Of course. But I really don't believe in adding new content after release.

So while this game definitely has things that need improving, said improvements will be added to the eventual sequel instead.  :)

Hi! I ABSOLUTELY love this game!! I am wondering if I could make a spinoff called "The Woman From The Door"

(-1)

how do you created the game? what app ? platform?

This game was created using the Unity engine.  :)

(+2)(-1)

I love this game

That's so nice to hear, thank you.  :)

Thanks for playing, I appreciate it very much!

The donuts saved our lives, great game!

Thank you!  :)

And of course, thanks for playing as well.

Game was EXCELLENT Really Really loved the aspect of having to slow the man from the window down with the objects in the house or choosing to lock a door or not. Haven't seen a game like this before AMAZING JOB ZED

I appreciate the kind words, thank you.  :)

And thanks for playing, as well!

I should have done a video on this game before everone else did :(

There's always next time.  :)

MAN FROM THE WINDOW 2?!?!

The woman from the door xD

(-1)

Pls make a version  for a phone plssss

(+2)

Let me apologize for not having a mobile version available in the first place.

At the moment, my abilities limit me to only be able to develop for PC.

I'm not against the idea of learning how to develop for a different device type, but I just cannot commit the time to that right now, I'm afraid.

Again, apologies, as ideally I'd want anyone who wishes to play my games to be able to, but that's just not possible at the moment.

ok I understand

I like this game, though it is very hard to stop him from taking Junior.

Thanks for playing!  :)

A bit scary but what really makes the game pop out is it's mechanics and pressure when it comes to decision making. Would have been more terrifying if it had suspenseful music that gets more loud the closer the man is. But all in all still a great game.

(+1)

Thank you very much!

Sound design is definitely an area that I personally need to improve in, so going forwards I'll be sure to work on that.

Thanks for the advice, and thank you for playing as well.  :)

(+1)

I Hope you're still workin' on this game, pretty amazin' one in my opinion

Thank you!  :)

I'll admit, this project has it's fair share of issues, but it's nice that people are able to enjoy it despite said issues.

Also, I don't really believe in updating my games with new content once they're released, so all the improvements will be carried over to an eventual sequel.

What about a new game "The Woman from the Window"?

That would be an amazin' one

(+1)

Very well done love the retro feel and the story behind it keep up the good work

(+1)

Thank you very much.  :)

And thanks for playing, as well!

This Game Was Imaculate, I Enjoyed It Allot And I'm Looking Forward To See More Game's Made By You. Good Job Zed_Technician.

How Ever, It Was A Little Too Easy. I Completed It In My First Try. But Still Good Job.

Amazing game, very wholesome. Loved this game and Beware the Shadow Catcher.

(+1)

Thank you so much for this comment.  :)

Also, it's great to hear you've liked both games, thank you very much for playing!

I appreciate it.

is it possible to beat this game and still keep the doughnuts?

it shouldn't be possible its only possible to stall the man from the window without it for 4min 30 only if the last place he checks is the bedroom. i think its a shame there's no way to keep them, that star on the menu really made me think there was atleast one more ending

(+1)

I like this game :D

Thank you, glad you've liked it.  :)
