Always read the ReadMe file when available, but if you take all the files from the new downloaded folder and move them to the old games folder and overwrite where necessary, it will leave your old saves alone. Since the new game has no already created save files, there is nothing to overwrite your old save files with, if that makes sense. To be safe, you can copy the whole old folder so that if you mess it up you still have the original to try again with.

Decided to test HH on my laptop (still at 0.14, days away from 0.15 release) and it worked 100% fine. But now I broke something? I don't even know if it was me. Downloaded 0.15 but when I load up the game, it says that gl can't be started ("not supported) or something like that. Used the info on the other Ren'py thing about changing rendering but I can only force either GL or Angle2 (don't ask me if I know what I'm talking about, just saying what I read). Tried both options and it didn't work.
To summarize: will laptop not be able to run 0.15 and later versions or did I actually break something?
Are you talking about making them wear them around the hotel or taking pinups in them? That content hasn't been developed yet. Only repeatable sex has been developed in those outfits.
The previous patch is okay and working on Android 11 (but i still have to use legacy version), but the current patch is crashing, even i turn off the legacy version, it doesn't run :/
I don't understand what you mean with the first question. But no, story scenes can only ever use one outfit, which will usually be their default outfit. If this were a fully 3D rendered game, I would love to do that. But doing that in a CG image game would bloat the filesize enormously and cause each update to take a very long time to develop.
2. There will be a v0.15.1 for bug fixes, but including outfits into any aspect of the game is a huge task, especially for this many outfits. That will be done in v0.16

Maria is the exception being lvl11 since i have to get the rest of the girls to progress.. What am I missing ?
Last update(windows version) have a glitch when the windows account name have a non-UTF8 char (may be a renpy bug, I ve seen other renpy game having the same trouble).

I press the roll back during a crash, then my UI buttons just all gone and now I have no ways to return to main title or load from savd. What can I do? Does reinstall works?
The game is not working for me on android, I tried using older versions of Joiplay, the version on PlayStore and the latest one on their Patreon but the result is still the same, game always shutdown right after start-up. It used to work in 0.13 but since then it stopped working. I also have HS Tutor on Joiplay and it's working just fine so I really don't know what to do.
I followed everything in the guide, I even tried .py .exe .sh 32.exe. None working. If I'm the only one having this problem then I guess it's probably my tablet. Unlucky.
I had the same prblem with 14. Downloaded 15 and it runs, but it is having a lot of exception errors, I hit rollback, but when I go forward again I get the same exception. I still have not found an autosave that will work.
As the basic installing process is the same on PC, DL the update-zip, unpack and copy the files/folders over to the full install folder, overwrite files, follow the rest of instructions to launch the game.
No garantees, though. This _should_ work, if for whatever reason it does not, you might have to DL the full game again.
Doing it via PC/Laptop and shoving the files over via USB might be an alternative ;)

Under the "Other" shop I have the option to buy Kali's Hard Drive for $20.00 - but it says "I already bought that" (that is completely true, as I finished the 0.14 story lines) - the other points are listed as "Sold Out" and I think this should be the same for the hard disk. I am not sure if this issue already existed in the 0.14 version.
In the new Android/Ally-event the when the MC is talking about plans for the future, he is wondering about the Cyberspace. But as there has already been a Cyberspace event, I think that he should know about it? Maybe I'm mistaken here and only Kali knows about it? (I don't remember who exactly was part of that previous event, but at least Android talked with Kali about it, already in 0.14)
Then there are two points that already existed in 0.14:

I get the same issue, may be because your windows account name has a non-UTF8 character (char like éèàùïü ... )
Best way to solve this is to use another Windows user with no special character, and put your save on this user. The folder with the save files should be here : C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ (the AppData folder is hidden by default)

your saves are fine, just download the new update and there will be a "read me" file that comes with it, that walks you through how to update the game
To add on to what Betic03 said, you will never need to touch your saves unless you're on android. They will always transfer over automatically.

Ashley's natural look is already available in sex scenes, and will soon be available for hanging out in the hotel and pinups.

what's wrong
Notifications for side characters were added in v0.15. So if they were already at the end of their story, you received that notification.
Check the patch notes to see who got content. Characters generally get about 1 - 2 story events that last 5 - 30 minutes long each.

Load an autosave, or click the Rollback button.
Did both......it won't work and is buggy as hell. Anytime I try to do anything it keeps giving me errors.
Try loading a different autosave in a different location.
