Hey thanks a ton for playing Shadowed Home! We only had plans for adding the second level which is in the game. We are currently developing our next game!

did not expect the scare hahaha, was very creepy and cool little game

We're glad you got scared haha!

I really enjoyed the game! Game me some fright for sure!!

Thanks a lot for playing Shadowed Home! We're glad you liked it!

The game was short and sweet. I had no idea I had to get back to bed but that was because I didn't pay attention at the start. Even so I was able to figure out I needed to turn off lights since that was what the monster was doing. Only complaint I have is that it's too short but I'm sure that was the intention.

We're glad you like it! The length of the game depends on how many lights are turned on at the beginning of the game and if the player decides to get all the achievements. We've seen players finish the game in just a few minutes!

Never thought there would be a game about fighting a lab experiment home invader, over turning off the lights. It was really fun, it took me a few attempts to work out how I need to complete the game once all lights are off. Really loved the image of the player's death, it is so striking.

Hey! Thanks a lot for the video! We're glad you liked it!

Even with the graphic settings being low, the game is still laggy. Other than that, good concept and gameplay.

Hey shrekGKSprivacy!

This is Bradley, the programmer for the game. We used Unity's high definition rendering pipeline to get the lighting in the game just right, but we also wanted a pixel shader to go with the game. Unfortunately, it does not seem like the pixel shader is possible without weird workarounds which is what we did. The game essentially has a camera and a camera texture: the camera renders the normal game and the texture renders the game at a lower resolution giving it the pixel style we were looking for. This can cause some lag on older machines. We are looking into different ways of fixing this issue.

Thanks for the feedback!

That makes sense. I have been using my mac for around 8 years (since 2014). Would you consider High Sierra an older machine?

It depends on which Mac device you have and the components in it. High Sierra came out in 2017 so it should run the game just fine, unless if your Mac device has older components.

I see.

very good game I don't lnpw why i didnt relized that i needed to turn off all the lights lol i loved it it was scary and very tenses game

We're glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you featuring the game on your channel

I don’t have the skills or nerves to play a game like this through BUT I have to say, your whole concept is so neat, from the visuals to the sound and gameplay, it feels unique, charming and the way you tell the story is super interesting (the fact that the protagonist slowly realises what his employer is doing is so good). Great work (and the humor in it really tickled me).

Hey! Thanks a lot for featuring Shadowed Home in your video! It means a lot! :)

I didn't expect the creature to come upstairs so fast, so that convinced me pretty quickly that it was randomized! Still pretty fun, but such an inconvenient monster!

We're glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you!

Of course!

Interesting game, with great accentuation in the scares... congratulations on the game.

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed it!

VERY SCARY AND FUNNY HORROR GAME!

We're glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you for playing it in your video!

THIS GAME WAS SO MUCH FUN HOLY, don't get me wrong I crapped myself a few times especially since I suck at games but it was still great nonetheless! (This game starts at 22 minutes in)

We're glad you had fun with the game! :) Thanks a lot for playing it in your video!

The build up to this game is great, it also doesn't hold your hand which is something you don't see very often these days. The monster moves a bit slowly and I'm not sure if it can even catch you unless you get trapped but the rush after turning off all the lights had me frozen the first time haha

Thanks for making games!

Awesome video! We didn't want the player to sit through a 15 minute tutorial just to beat the game in five minutes so we had the objective said as soon as possible within the first 45 seconds. We're glad you liked the way we did that!

I just want to start by saying it takes a lot to genuinely scare me these days... This game very much scared the absolute sh*t out of me. The entire concept of the game is awesome and really enjoyed the Gameplay and Atmosphere!

I was the big dumb and didn't know how to switch floors on the phone map in my playthrough xD but overall I really enjoyed my experience and gave me some genuine scares! Thumbs up for me! Hope you keep making more games! :)

We're very glad you liked the game! Thanks a lot for the video! :)

The game's fun and it took me a bit longer to realize what I actually needed to do. Though I definitely wish the monster didn't phase through the furniture. Overall though, great game.

Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/c/Levont

Thanks for the video! Love the intro! I must have forgot to set the objects as navigational static so the NavMesh generates around them. This will be fixed by the next update!
