In the title screen with all the buttons to play the game, in the bottom left corner it has a picture of lars and mark if you click on lars you would go into a mini story that is at lar's perspective. if you continue to go through the story you will find the 2nd CG for lars.
If you mean on the game preferences, why you cant get it full screen? Renpy, although safe to use, causes alarms with anti viruses. Ive noticed this when I tried interacting with trying to save a game as well as trying to go full screen. Had to redownload the whole thing because Avast broke it (on other games though). Try checking your anti virus for things it has (recently) blocked. If it's not that IDK what it could be.

Perhaps day 14 is the last day and youre supposed to find closure... I dont want to spoil this for others, so if you havent read yet please avert your eyes. In the second or third flashback/dream an unknown character leaves him with a pendant and says "you better be up and running again the next time we meet". I think the MC got a head injury or something, and on day 14 youre waiting impatiently for someone (the one youre dating/romancing?) to come to your home... Likely to fill you in on your history raher than to bang you XD Just my guess is all...

you need to activate the "unseen text" so you can auto forward. Also why you fast forward it? Just for CGs? whahahaha
I'm pretty sure he means the feature that automatically moves to the next line of text after a set time passes.
