Welcome to the 2022 World building GameJam

Come build some amazing gaming worlds with us in a collaborative 8 day game jam.

World building challenge is our initiative for this community to support you in building virtual worlds that the player can explore and approach objectives freely. We will support you with the player character assets so you can focus on designing and implementing the explorative elements of the world. This contest is open to any teams who can/are interested to build exploratory virtual worlds/games with a forcing a function of a week's time.

Theme: Exploration

Rules:

• We encourage solo or team participation up to 4 members. We will be inviting you to our discord group for team formation requests.
• You will have to work with the player character assets that we offer.
• NSFW content must be appropriately marked on the itch page.
• All games should be exported to be executable on a browser (we would need a hosted link to play your game)
• You should be using source control and all content should be pushed to a public repo (we would need to see your source code implementation)

You are welcome to use any of the following game engines to complete your development. However, we recommend to test for web compatibility with a sample project as you get started.
