VelociCode 2026 is the 2nd annual month-long game jam hosted by ACM San Antonio.

From July 1 through July 30, participants will build a new game, collaborate with others, and share what they create with the community.

The theme will be announced live at kickoff on July 1, 2026.

Who should join:
- Students
- Hobbyists
- Developers and designers
- First-time game jam participants
- Anyone interested in building something creative

Participants may join solo or in teams of up to 4.

In order to be eligible for placement and prizes, you MUST attend our in-person only showcase on August 1st!

Throughout the month of July, we will host community game-dev events including build nights, a playtest night, and a final science fair-style showcase where teams present their projects to judges and the community
