2. you must export your game to windows and/or html5 (dont worry linux users can run windows stuff)
3. do not add NEW content to games (fixing game-breaking bugs is allowed though)
4. the game must be made within the jam time period
5. reusing generic assets is allowed BUT these restrictions apply
   • do not reskin games made outside of this jam (dont reskin games made inside of this jam either). no plagiarism
   • cite your asset sources where possible
   • pick up both a keyboard and a pencil do not use ai for anything

is this engine restricted

no you can use literally any game engine (including custom ones)

however if youre trying to use scratch for this use a mod of it (example: turbowarp.org), not vanilla scratch
