To finish the year, we are hosting our first game jam of 2023 (more planned next academic year).

Theme: One note (is best!)

The jam has no restrictions, you can work alone or in a group, or with external entities if you like. Bear in mind if you do this, it means you’ll have to have a conversation with your team mates should you win a prize, as to who actually gets to keep it...

The prizes are:
A Quest 2 128GB VR Headset, donated by Bodyswaps and Meta
A play.date handheld console, donated by Panic Inc and DoctorMike!

The criteria for entry (to prevent squabbles over who gets it if a team submits a game) are:
1) say which prize you want
2) create a 1-2 minute video explaining any or all of:
  a) innovation
  b) mentorship
It is possible that someone could submit on behalf of another person, such as:

Alun and Mike will judge it (along with any invited guest judges) and the judges’ decision is final. Submission by end of April, same as the game.
