Hosted within the University of Portsmouth the Gamejam is a week long event where Staff, Students, Alumni and Professionals come along and try to make a game during normal office hours.
Three random Wikipedia articles will be chosen and used as the themes. All participants will then need to get into teams and work within the Eldon building labs for the week, with the goal to create a full game using any or all of the provided themes. The event will run from Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and on Friday until midday, there is then be a judging session and showcase to demo the games to other developers and visitors before an awards ceremony.
