Resources can be added at run time but keep in mind the character cost of using such code along with things like Async to use them.

Nothing else can be in the project IDE, anything generated at runtime is fine but no extensions or any other IDE objects can exist in the project prior to runtime.

Game can be of ANY Genre but you must include all your code in NON-DRAG and DROP mode and post it along with your submission in a text file as an INCLUDED file to confirm.
