We are excited to bring back our Spring Game Jam for 2025!

The jam will last for a whole week, giving participants ample time to submit some kind of completed project. Submissions will be accepted until March 22nd, 12:00pm EST, and voting ends March 24th at 5:00pm EST.

You are welcome to take on the jam as a solo-dev, but we encourage all participants to find teammates and showcase their games on the official UMBC GDC Spring Jam Discord!

THEME

Now You See Me

Now You See Me 🔦

This theme can be interpreted in several different ways: imagine games featuring detection/revealing mechanics, games with hidden features, or even story games where the characters have unseen and surprising motives! Can you SEE where we are going with this?

Your Spring Jam project must have some kind of connection to this theme to be considered for judging/prizing. As long as you can make a compelling case, we'll consider it fair game. Feel free to get creative and come up with outside the box interpretations as you see fit!

Happy jamming! We look forward to SEEing your awesome games ðŸ«¡
