It's time to officially announce UMass GameDev's FALL 2024 GAME JAM!

The game jam will go from October 11th at 6pm to October 14th at 6pm.

You'll have 96 hours to make a game from scratch! You can use any game engine, and feel free to recruit friends!

The theme will be randomly chosen from the list of themes we created in our meetings. It will be announced at the moment the game jam starts.

After the game jam is over, you'll be able to vote for your favorite submission! This is true for everyone, even if you did not participate in the jam itself. Voting will start when the game jam ends and will close on October 19th at 5pm (where the results will be discussed in our weekly meeting!)

The winner will take home $60 in Steam gift cards! Second and third place will both get $25 Amazon gift cards.

A game jam is a great way to sharpen your skills in coding and art, as well as to just have some fun making games! Even if you've never made a game before, we highly encourage you to participate!

Please do not cheat the voting system by creating multiple itch.io accounts.
