On the last day of the game jam, Saturday 2/26, the club trailer will be open from 8am till midnight for teams to meet and make a final rush to finish their games before the deadline. We will have snacks!
At the end of the game jam, during our general meeting on Wednesday 3/2 starting at 7pm, we will host a game showcase in our meeting place (Trailer 936). During this time, you will present your games and play the games of other participants. If you do not attend the showcase, please submit a video presenting your game by 3/2 at 7pm. This is not required, but is strongly recommended to give the judge more context for your game.
The judge will be Richert Wang, professor of Computing at the College of Creative Studies, and club advisor to the UCSB Game Dev Club. The prize is a $40 gift card for Steam, and will be awarded to the winning game's team, to be split however they see fit.
