this is a game jam for people who are starting game development, you will be given 2 months, at that time you can make any type of game you like. also don't worry about your game being rubbish as this isn't a competition, instead of its just a way to improve your game thing skills, and don't forget you can use any game engine you like.

there are no limitations however if you want a little challenge then you can do the following;

• make a 3d game
• make the code yourself
• draw all the assets yourself
• add some ransomware

please don't add the one above me

and also please don't do all the optional stuff, it's called optional for a reason

tips

yes, I am the master of tips.

• always make a backup (you do not know how stressful things get when you forget to do yesterdays backup)
• if you are  going to add an asset that introduces a new feature (like multiplayer etc) test it out in a brand new game, as in dont add it directly to your 3 hours of hard work, instead create a new project and test it out first
• get some friends to help you (if you don't have any then get a life)
• make a to-do list (like Trello)
