This is a Scratch jam, you can only use scratch.mit.edu, Turbowarp.org, or Penguinmod.com or other equivalent programs

You can only submit your game as a .html file. You can achieve that packaging it within your respective programming program (use turbowarp's packager if you use scratch.mit.edu).

Entries will be judged by yours truly in a voice chat where you can join in and watch the games i play as i get through them,

You are allowed to be in teams, no need to solo unless you want to

But you are limited to a team of max 4 including yourself
