With the holidays coming up, we'll be spending time around friends and/or family, even if it's just online. Why not have some fun while we do it?

The challenge this month is to make something that you can do or play with ANYONE, not just other gamers. These must be ANALOG activities: tabletop games, TTRPGs, journaling games, and even general activities count if you've got instructions: as long as you can do it with others, it's all good! :D

Note: all games entered MUST be made during the jam period. "Made" means at least 50% completed post-jam-start.

• Create something that you can play remotely —not in person— like over Discord, voice/video chat, etc.
• Create something super portable.
• Create something that people of all ages can play.
• Create something that encourages players to learn more about one another.
• Create something based on a holiday or celebration during "the holidays" (November - December) that you've never celebrated before. Do so without dishonoring the holiday, though!
• Create something that uses the things at a specific holiday celebration as components (like wrapped gifts, food, etc).

• Create something that someone whose never played a game before can pick up and teach you to play.
• Create something that can be played remotely, even if only one person owns the game and has any components (like dice). Having other people print and/or write on something is still okay.
• Create a remotely playable game that can be played 100% within text messages. No other components, but you can rely on other parts of a basic phone (time, past text messages, photos on the device) for randomization, success/failure, prompts, etc.
• Create something that can be played while eating.
• Create something that can be fully played during a commercial break (2-3 minutes).
