For this 3-week long jam, we are focusing on asset creation in Blender.
Participants will have until the 13th of August to model and UV unwrap, three "tools" that a character could use in future games. Tools in this case refers to an object that the character interacts with by either holding or wearing.
Examples of tools: watches, swords, flying shoes, red velvet cake, etc.
All of the assets should feel like a part of the same game. Thus the assets should have a similar resolution and vibe.
Assets will be submitted as a zip folder containing, the .blend files of the models as well as .png's of the UV maps for each model grouped together by name.
IE. Sword.blend and Sword_UV.png
Topology - no unnecessary vertices and no non-manifold geometry.
Style and Cohesion - the models should all feel like part of the same game.
UV's - little to no warping in the textures.
Texturing is optional, but we encourage you to texture your models if you have time, it will not be a judged criteria however.
