Welcome to the second Tiny RPG Jam! This game jam aims to celebrate the recent updates to the engine: Tiny RPG Studio

Theme

The theme is "Work", but how you use the theme is up to you!

Here are a few ways you could approach the theme:

• You can focus on a job related lore, where you go fired and have to deal with it
• Maybe create a clever work mechanic using variables, items and NPCs
• Create a work related visual playable art piece, using the sprite editor

How you use the theme, and how central it is to your game is up to you. It can be the core of your game, or just a small reference. The point is to have fun and make something! :)

But remember, this Jam is ranked, and the voting criteria are:

• How well/creative it fits the theme
• How good is the Story
• How good is the Art
• How good is the Level design

So tell me more about "Tiny RPG Studio"

Tiny RPG Studio is a small engine focused on the creation of role playing games, where a finished game can either be a simple walk sim, or a complete adventure, with villages, NPCs of different races, a bunch of monsters, bosses, items, interactables, variables, level progression and skills, all in a compact 3x3 open world setting.

But don't be intimidated by the amount of features, the engine was designed from the ground up to be as easy and straighforward as it can be, and its super intuitive and fun to use.

It is also mobile friendly and the coolest part: you can share your whole games with friends by just sending a LINK to them! Yes you can either export your game as an HTML file, to publish on itch, or just generate an URL that contains your entire game and its easily shareable! You're gona have a blast with it.
