This is TIC-JAM!

TIC-JAM is the newest game jam for anyone who wants to make games for a fantasy console! We allow both TIC-80 and PICO-8, so anyone who wants to create games for either, you've found the right place!

TIC-JAM is a game jam, primarily focused on TIC-80 and PICO-8!
It lasts 5 days, and is entirely run on itch.io.
If any non-team person is trying to lead you onto an external, unfiltered chatting app, banking website, or an untrusted website - stop immediately and return to itch.io.

• No AI-generated content may be used in your game. 🚫🤖
• Only one submission per team. 1️⃣👨🏻‍👩🏽‍👧🏾‍👦🏼
• No gore beyond fantasy levels. ⚔️
• Your submission must be a game. (duh.) 🎮
• Games must remain entirely free of NSFW content. Not just gore. 🚫🔫
• STRICTLY no racist content. 👨🏻‍👩🏽‍👧🏾‍👦🏼
• Games must be developed within the jam time. 📅
• All graphics and audio must be made by you or your team within the jam time. 🎨🔊
  • Of course, the fantasy console doesn't have to made in the jam,
  • Unless you wanna take that as a challenge... 🏆
  • But fonts, libraries and tools are exceptions to this rule because I don't think you need to worry about using the TIC-80 or PICO-8 default font.
• Games must be developed in PICO-8 or TIC-80. 👾
  • For other fantasy consoles, check the community tab as we have a post about that. 😄
• Games must provide web builds. 🌐
• TIC-80 ONLY Official builds of TIC-80 are only allowed, and you cannot use PRO features.
