Welcome, brave traveler. This game jam is dedicated to the creation of games based in the English language's oldest franchise, The Tales Of Arthurian Legend and the Knights Of The Round Table.

Now, what constitutes entries into the English language's oldest franchise for you to use as inspiration? Well, the franchise's entries are MASSIVE and NUMEROUS. You can't go wrong with your classics, Le Morte d'Arthur, Historia Regum Britanniae, Gawain and the Green Knight, Pa Gur yv y Porthaur, Lancelot Knight of the Cart, and tons of other options, feel free to read as much or as little as you might want to catch the vibes. 

But, don't think you're stuck just to the loosely defined concepts of Arthurian "canon" because academics can't even fully agree on what is lore or not, so we just lump it all in, really. So, go after your favorite adaptations, or even the later entries in the series! If you like adaptations like Camelot, Entaku no Kishi Monogatari: Moero Arthur, or even Scooby-Doo! The Sword and the Scoob, yeah, that's right 

Scooby-Doo! The Sword and the Scoob is viable. 

Or maybe you just prefer alternative takes like T.H. White's reboot and retelling The Once And Future King or weirder spins on the franchise like The Green Knight starring Dev Patel. 

Truly, the Round Table Literary Universe is a vast, fascinating IP, and you can find so much to work out of the nooks and crannies or maybe just the themes and vibes. Go nuts!
