The concept is simple and awful. The jam has 2 phases:

Phase 1 : During the first week of the jam, each jammer must create game assets. It can be :

• Sprites
• Musics
• Sound effects
• 3D Models
• ...etc

At the end of the first week, all the assets created must be sent to therecyclejam@gmail.com. The files will be shuffled and then distributed randomly among all jammers.

Phase 2 : Using all the assets they have received, each jammer has 2 weeks to create a game.

Jammers can still create other assets if they want to, but they HAVE to use assets they have received.

The games created will then be rated following these criterias :

• Overall : How is the game  in its globality?
• Assets : Are the assets used nicely?
• Gameplay : Is the game fun?
• Humor : Is it funny?
• Story : Is the story good?

Additional rules : 

Assets created must be SFW  !!!
Assets received can be modified however you want to.
Example : If you receive a 3D Model and don't want to / can't use it, you can screenshot it in order to convert it into a sprite.
