What is the Holiday Jam?

The Holiday Jam is a lighthearted jam that is designed to bring a fun, enjoyable, and productive end to an otherwise not so great year. We aim to brighten the last bits of 2020 to make it a great end to the year. This will be a 48 hour game jam designed around a theme that will be announced at the start of the jam! We hope that if you enter, you will have a wonderful time making your game and hence making others' wonderful as well.

Joining:

You may join the jam as a solo developer or in a team! If you would like to form a team but don't have friends available to do so, I recommend heading over to the NovaKnight Discord Server!

The Jam will begin on Saturday, December 26th, at 16:00 EST

The Submission will be close on Monday, December 28th, at 16:00 EST

The Rating period will end on Monday, January 4th, at 16:00EST

Rules:

• You are allowed to use any engine, or language you would like. You are also allowed to use assets and code made before the Jam as long as you properly credit them in the game's description!
• No NSFW games, we want to make this an enjoyable experience for developers of all ages!
• Please make the game in the time given!

- Fun, how fun is the game to play?

- Design, how well designed is the game?

- Visuals, how good does the game look?

- Audio, how good does the game sound?

- Theme, how well does the game fit the given theme?
