The Eye Jam II is a week long game jam about making games about the unknown and strange. That could mean ancient worlds, cosmic mysteries, or eldritch beings.

Cosmic means anything that is unknowable, something we can piece together, but never fully understand. Think the worlds of Bloodborne, Outer Wilds, or Still Wakes the Deep; they drop you in without explanation, where you uncover pieces of lore, and solve mysteries. Read more.

The games made for this jam can be of any genre or style. It doesn’t have to be a horror game, just include a cosmic horror layer to it.

☉ Third party assets are allowed, credits required.
☉ Include a cosmic horror element in your game.
☉ Your game must be playable on web or Windows (web preferred).
☉ Keep it free or pay-what-you-want during the jam.
☉ No updates allowed during voting.

☉ Sound - How the game sounds, including music, SFX, and ambience.
☉ Gameplay - How engaging, well designed, and fun the game is to play.
☉ Polish - How complete and smooth the overall experience feels.

☉ Atmosphere - How atmospheric your game is.
