In a nod to the new Kerr-Gal Taxonomy of Roleplaying Games (see Between Two Cairns Season 2 Episode 24) this jam is a celebration of Door D&D (DD&D), that is, roleplaying games focused on the joy of opening doors (both real and metaphorical) to find out what’s inside. Take this as your cue to go wild and make whatever you think fits this theme:
More or less anything will be accepted so long as you aren’t a jerk with what you put in it (e.g., homophobia, racism, misogyny, other diverse bigotries), and the jam organizer reserves the right to remove any entries deemed to break this rule.
Entries may be free or paid, but the jam organizer requests to receive a copy of any paid entries to review for breaking the jerk rule as stated above. Entries do not need to be completed within the jam period and works created at any time are acceptable . The jam is unranked, and everyone is a winner who participates in sharing the joy of opening doors.
