Welcome to...The Cloudy Superstar Jam! It's inspired with old nostalgic games from the 2000s and your goal is to make a short game within a month!

This is a redo of our first game jam. Same rules!

★   Player must create a short game, doesn't matter which engine you use.
★   Must have a 2000s nostalgia feel. You can also make it galaxy themed.
★   NO GENERATIVE AI ALLOWED.
★   Game must include our mascot, Cloudy, whether in cloud form or human form.

    
★   YOU MUST INCLUDE A WEB BUILD IN YOUR SUBMISSION. That way, we can play your game easily without taking time to download.

★    AM I ALLOWED TO REDESIGN CLOUDY?
Yes, you can redesign Cloudy as long they are recognizable and they retain their core features (specifically their hair texture, skin tone, and eye color).

★   ARE NSFW ALLOWED?
No. NSFW submissions are not allowed, that includes gore.

★   CAN I SUBMIT AN OLD GAME?
Yes! You can resubmit an old game as long it it's reskinned to match the theme of the game jam. Continuing unfinished WIPs made for the previous jam is also encouraged.

★   CAN I FORM A TEAM FOR THE GAME?
Yes! You can form a team for your project.

★   WHAT IF I DON'T FINISH THE GAME IN TIME?
That's okay! You can still upload the unfinished game days before the deadline. There's still a next time.

★   IS THERE A WINNER IN THIS GAME JAM?
Nope. This is just for fun :3
