Welcome to the second ever tri-yearly TFR gamejam!!!!
This jam is unlisted and private, so if you don't know what 'TFR' is -- get outta here, skedaddle, scram!!!!!
THEME
INFORMATION
The jam will run for 1 month, from July 1st - August 1st.
You are allowed to work in teams—please sort out your own teams in the find-a-team discord thread.
The jam is unranked/unjudged, please do not get stressed out about anything!
You are allowed to use non-public things you've created yourself prior to the jam.
Don't feel the need to work on your game throughout the whole jam window, it's a month long so as to give busy people the chance to contribute too. You can work on your game for as long or as short as you want!
We will accept late submissions after the jam ends, but if you submit a week or more after the end date, you may miss out on being featured in the showcase!
SHOWCASE - PLEASE READ 🙏🙏
A new project we are trying with this jam is the TFR Showcase!!! (name pending)
Why?
One trend we noticed during the last jam was some smaller games from smaller devs not receiving as much attention as they deserved!!
So, we came up with the idea of a showcase to promote all the games at once, hopefully giving them all a nice boost, and putting eyes on the smaller ones!!!!
What?
This showcase will contain trailers from from everyone who wants to participate, with the games launching immediately after.
The showcase will be released on YouTube 1-2 weeks after the jam ends.
We understand that not everyone may want to take part in the showcase, so participation is optional!! Your game will still show up alongside the other submissions, like a normal gamejam!!
How?
If you're interested in participating:
Please edit together a trailer and send it to Crayon or Kit on Discord!
Keep your game set to 'unlisted' or 'private' until the showcase airs (and set it to public when the showcase airs)

Break these and we will show up at your front door.
