We emerge once more this November to create great transformation games. Between the 2024 TF Game Jam and 2025 there has been a rather large development in the gamedev front; corporations and payment processors, at the behest of international activist groups and in deference to existing US Law, have greatly stifled digital interactive art. We feel it's important to call attention to all the works which have been and perhaps will be lost in the near future. So, we've decided to add a secondary theme to our usual 'Transformation' theme - and the secondary theme is Censorship. This is of course an optional theme, and we would understand if you would prefer to avoid delving into such a theme for your TF game this year. It serves as mere suggestion, as with every other year Transformation is the main theme that you can use.

We'll be jamming for the month of November, as usual, to create games about TF, mutation, were-creatures or whatever turns into other things.

You are free to use pre-existing assets and in whatever engine, we just want to see any type of game with TF as a theme. No limits on genre or style of game (however if you aren't sure what a TF game is, then this may not be for you).

Main theme: Transformation

Secondary theme: Censorship

The secondary theme is optional. Removal, censorship and suppression of the media affects all of us, and given that a lot of the games submitted to this jam tend to be NSFW, we think it's appropriate to give game devs a chance to voice their displeasure at the large push to censor content arbitrarily deemed obscene.

RULES:

  1. Aim to give positive comments rather than negative (aside from bug reporting etc.) Constructive criticism is fine if the author is seeking it.
  2. You can use this jam to finish and submit unfinished projects, even if you've started them earlier. You can also use this time to make a really big update to your current or previous project. The goal is more TF games.
  3. NSFW/Mature content is allowed, please clearly mark your submissions as such if you submit one (there is a field for describing what it contains when submitting). You also need to tag the entry as 'adult' on the game entry page themselves.
  4. You may update your game after submitting it, for features, bugfixes, edits etc.
  5. Feel free to submit your project even if you don't finish it in time - you can still update it after the fact.
  6. Non-traditional games are fine - if you make a Twine or tabletop game, please submit those too!
  7. Games must not contain AI-generated media (images, video, text, etc.)!
  8. You can use pre-existing assets to make your game, including music, art, scripts, or whatever helps your process.
  9. Have fun. (This will be enforced.)

Let's see some TF!

Here's to another great game jam November!
