We plan to continue implementing bigger and better rewards for our jams, however, there are some rules and regulations around prizes that we must work around first.

Format

The August Game Jam will have one small change added to its format. There are now two different lengths encompassing this jam:

THE ORIGINAL - 5 DAYS (100 HOURS ) LONG

• The Original Jam will begin on the Monday at 5pm, and conclude on the Friday at 9PM. 

• There will be voting on the final games submitted to this Jam. 

• The theme will apply to all entries under this jam.

THE BEGINNER - 12 DAYS LONG

• The Beginner Jam is targeted at beginner game makers. 

• The Beginner Jam will begin at the same time as the original Jam but will conclude on the Friday AFTER the Original Jam. 

• There will be **NO **voting on games submitted to this jam, and they will **NOT **be eligible for rewards. 

• The theme will apply to all entries under this jam.
