Welcome to the Super Mega Jam free theme!

In this jam you will be able to publish the game you want, without many rules or compromises. If you are learning to develop video games or you already have experience, this jam is for you. We don't care much about the result even though there will be some prizes, but the important thing is to participate.

What will be the theme of the Jam?

The theme is absolutely free, you can choose whether to do it about colors, robots, magicians, whatever comes to mind.

Why Super Mega Jam?

It just sounds entertaining :)

Considerations

• The Game must begin at the Jam (although it can be planned before).
• No matter the complexity of the game, the important thing is to participate.
• You can use third party assets and reuse code.

Awards?

At the moment we don't have many prizes. You are free to contribute a prize if you wish. (I'm trying to get some prizes)

The prize is something symbolic, we are all winners just for participating :)

Help! Help! I've never created a game before.

If you love the world of web and Javascript, Phaser is a very good alternative.
If you want a robust editor and do things fast and you like Python-like languages, Godot Engine is very good.
If you like Python very much, PyGame is very good!
Do you love Lua? There you have Love2D.

Bienvenido a la Super Mega Jam de tema libre!

En esta jam usted podrá publicar el juego que quiera, sin muchas reglas ni compromisos. Si usted esta aprendiendo a desarrollar videojuegos o ya tiene experiencia, esta jam es para usted. No nos importa mucho el resultado a pesar de que existirán algunos premios, sino que lo importante es participar.

¿Cuál será el tema de la Jam?

El tema es absolutamente libre, puedes elegir si hacerlo acerca de colores, robots, magos, lo que se te venga a la mente.

¿Por qué Super Mega Jam?

Simplemente suena entretenido :)

Consideraciones

• El Juego debe comenzar en la Jam (Aunque puede ser planificado antes).
• No importa la complejidad del juego, lo importante es participar.
• Se puede utilizar assets de terceros y reutilizar código.

¿Premios?

De momento no tenemos muchos premios. Usted es libre de aportar un premio si lo desea. (Estoy tratando de conseguir algúnos premios)

¡Ayuda! Nunca he creado un juego antes.

• Si amas el mundo de la web y Javascript, Phaser es una muy buena alternativa
• Si quieres un editor robusto y hacer las cosas rápido y te gustan los lenguajes tipo Python, Godot Engine es muy bueno
• Si te gusta mucho Python, PyGame es muy bueno!
• Amas a Lua? Ahí tienes Love2D.
