For this art jam, participants will have 48 hours to create an art piece completely from scratch based on the theme. The theme for this art jam is Modern Video Game (2010s or newer) to Retro (N64/PS1 era or earlier), no games that emulate the feel of older games can be made in that same style (ex. no shovel knight pixel art, but yes to shovel knight 64, also the scene can be made up by the artist as long as it involves aspects from the chosen video game).

🕹️ Steps for Completion:

1. Submit as a solo artist or form a team.
2. Create your art piece in 48 hours.
3. Submit your work by April 20th at 5:00 pm.

NOTICE: AI used to generate art is prohibited.

🖌️ Art Types:

• Digital Art: Use any preferred digital software to create your artwork (submit as a PNG file).
• Physical Art: Use any physical art materials to create your artwork (must be submitted digitally as a PNG file).
• Both physical and digital art pieces must be still art.

🏆 Judging Criteria:

• Creativity: How unique is your art work?
• From Scratch: Is your art from scratch (no assets used)?
• Adherence to the Theme: Does your art effectively incorporate the theme?

TEAM ENTRIES: How the prize is divided must be determined by the team.
