Submit Your Game to the SUNY Polytechnic Game Design Club Arcade Cabinet!
Are you a current or former student of SUNY Poly with a game you’ve created? Whether it’s a project that showcases your early work, a polished masterpiece, or something you’ve made after graduation, we want to feature it on the official GDC Arcade Cabinet located in room 1240 of Donovan Hall! It features games developed exclusively by fellow students and alumni, and soon yours! This submission page is your gateway to getting your game into our dedicated arcade cabinet, which highlights the incredible work of our students and alumni.
How to Submit Your Game:
- Create an itch.io account if you do not have one already. It's free and a great way to host your profile.,
- Once your game is ready to go, join this Jam using the "Join jam" button above. It will then be replaced by a "Submit your project" button.,
- Click on the "Submit your project" button and fill out the submission form. Use the custom fields provided to share all the necessary details about your game, including the game title, developers, genre, technologies used, and more.,
- Upload Your Game. Our arcade cabinet supports only Windows executables (.exe), so please ensure your game is compatible. Also, include any relevant media (e.g., screenshots, videos) to showcase your game.,
- Once everything is ready, press the "submit" button at the bottom of the form.
How to Submit An Update:
- On the submission page for your game, I will comment, "Reply to this comment if the game has been updated."
- Reply to said comment.
- Be sure to include important update information.

Submission Requirements:
- Eligibility: Open to current students and alumni of SUNY Poly.
- Game Type: Any game developed during or after your time at Poly, including class projects, personal projects, or other ventures.
- Platform Compatibility: Your game must include a Windows executable.
