Welcome to Summer Beta 2026

Summer Beta is a summer-long game development competition open to local high school students, Rowan University students, and Rowan alumni. Build a team, build a game, compete for a cash prize.

Quick Rules

• Teams of 1–6. Maximum one Rowan alumnus per team. Minimum one student per team.
• Games must be built during the jam window. No prior work.
• Web builds only — your game must run in the browser (HTML5/WebGL). No downloads.
• In-person attendance at the presentation event is required to be eligible for prizes.

• Jam Opens: May 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM
• Submissions Close: August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM
