Basically, this is quite a different Game Jam.

You've got all these themed jams, make this, make that. But here, no, no, no. How about a jam where you make something just...stupid? Like a joke game. It can range from Staring at a Wall Simulator to just about anywhere you want to go. There's no themes, no rules. JUST. STUPID! So make a game about farting, or diving in a unicorn vomit waterfall, I don't know. Just try something funny, that's gonna help you out on scores.

TL;DR: THE STUPIDER, THE BETTER! Also funny.
