Make a strategy game!

Rules:

You can use any assets you want, if the creator wants to be credited credit them. I recommend original as you will get more votes.
The game has to be a top down view. No first person or something like that.
You have to be able to manage your country/city/state.
It must include war, economy and building mechanics. You can add stuff like Government types and such if you want.
