A game jam is a contest where participants try to make a video game from scratch. We’re inviting you to take part in one from the 26th - 30th of October. The theme is

‘Dimensional Shift’

Your team can use any program or games engine they wish to make the game. Keep the game short and sweet and think about the following things

  • What instructions to give the players
  • What happens to the players
  • How does the game, or the game loop end.

Your team can be made up of any number of people and we can have more than one team per college or school. Think about the balance of skills you’ll need in your team but you’re free to use any royalty free or creative commons art or music in your games too.

Any questions about this jam please e-mail Nia Wearn on n.h.wearn@staffs.ac.uk
