Welcome to Spiders x Tornados, a game jam about two completely reasonable things:
SPIDERS.
TORNADOS.
That's it.
Your game can be ANY genre you want: horror, platformer, RPG, strategy, puzzle, racing, simulator, clicker, visual novel, survival game… anything goes!
Your game must feature:
Spiders
AND
Tornados
They don't necessarily have to be enemies. Maybe you ARE the spider. Maybe you control a tornado. Maybe spiders live inside a tornado. Maybe you're running a restaurant while a tornado full of spiders approaches.
Be creative. Be weird. Have fun.
• Any game engine is allowed.
• Any genre is allowed.
• Solo developers and teams are welcome.
• Free assets are allowed as long as you have permission to use them.
• Your game must include spiders, tornados, or both as a recognizable part of the game.
• Keep submissions playable and accessible through itch.io.
• No hateful or illegal content.

Don't take the theme too seriously.
